James 'scrounger' Lee

Description

James was an orphan before the Morning of 2080... In the 20 years since then, he's grown from a scrawny 13 year old boy, to the tall, muscular, and possibly overconfident man he is today.
A nice 'mop' (as one might say) of clean blonder hair sits upon his clear ( and many have said it) handsome face. His dashing looks and surprisingly charming charisma has helped him gain the clients he needs.
His perfectly toned body is decorated with a large and ellaborate dragon tatoo, starting just below his navel, it travels up his torso, and ends under his collar bone. A single white scar curves down from his left nipple to his bellybutton, a 'war' wound, all part of the process in gaining power.
He walks with long and proud strides, but when night falls, his business becomes active, and he can stick to the shadows, the nooks and crannys like a little rat. All in the pursuit of power.

Personality

James' one goal is to become powerful. He wants power and leverage over other people, and he is quick to extend his grasp over as many people as he can, if his master plan is to suceed.
Even though he would rather die than admit it, the brutal assassination of his parent in front of him has scarred him for life. He still jumps at a sudden movement in the night.
He is a big fan of sports.

Equipment

When he is playing the good civilian, he carries a 8" bowie knife strapped to his lower right calf. H
But when he roams the streets at night, he carries a briefcase. In the briefcase is every weapon and item he has to deliver to people, as well as the certain amount of customer contracts he has.

History

He grew up in a slum, in the inner city until the age of 13, when a drug lord had his parent killed, while they were out scrounging for food and money.
He managed to find an orphanage. He was 16 when he discovered his thirst for power. By that age, he had developed both mentally and physically. He was one of the top dogs in the home, he and another boy practically ran the place, stealing the food off other children, and using their room as a storage facility, forcing children to pay to eat. They eventually managed to get enough cash to buy a pistol from the local dealer.
At age 18, they left. They went to the same dealer, killed him, and stole the key to his home, and his equipment. At this time, money was still available. They ordered cash for stock, instead of service. They worked as a partnership until the age of 28, when his partner began to take drugs, and waste their money. Although they were partners, James felt the other man ws in charge, so he murdered him in cold blood, and began to operate alone.

Now, at the age of 33, his 'master plan' is to kick up a good fight with the police, in the hopes it will cause others to join in, he is certain others share his dream, but he will not take the risk of approaching the people he suspects. In exchange for goods he normally asks for one of two things: He will have someone who opposes him killed, or will make them swear to join the fight, when it starts. He has a total number of 700 men who have given their word to fight, and he is eagerly awaiting the right oppurtunity..

So begins...
