Physical Description:
Nickname: Len or Conner

Physical Appearance: The picture's vaguely similar to him, but mostly in the armor. The gun isn't actually that size (how would your arm even survive that thing firing?) nor is his hair that... anime. He has grey hair from malnutrition and sickness in his early life, but it's cut short and usually kept under a helmet. His face is gaunt and badly shaven, but he makes an effort to clean up sometimes. His gun is rather large, though- Hence the title he's taken for himself, the Leagelian Cannoneer.

Abilities: He knows how to haul ass and also haul gear- He's good at running despite the heavy loads he's forced to carry.

Personality:
While often ill due to his upbringing, Len doesn't have the reserved, quiet personality so often associated with sickly people. Instead, he embraces life with exuberance, glad to be alive and not in a nuclear-scarred wasteland while in the domes. He's an easily excited soldier, keen on anything involving action or entertainment. However, he's mainly concerned with making himself more well known, and might go and do something foolish but impressive instead of hanging back to assess the situation, or even do his job. He's also extremely sensitive about his home- As a Harvester, he's hardly amongst the highest social orders, and so he usually hides it to try and keep people from judging him by his origin.

Equipment:
He wears a suit of tough armor, complete with a helmet (because he's not crazy about getting shot in the head, even if it's supposedly 'nonlethal'), and wields his cannon/shotgun, the Broadcaster. While a very large weapon, it's slow to fire and rather obvious as to where it is, so he is forced to use it at a distance where spread shot is hardly effective. He claims he meant to be a close-range vanguard style fighter, but accidentally asked for the 'largest shotgun they had'. He got it. Sadly, he's forced to turn down the accelerator and such for the games, and uses stun rounds- It still hurts like the devil if you get hit.

History:
Born in the harvest town Leagel, Len (as he prefers to be known) lived his early life constantly on the edge of starvation and desperation. He was often sick, and his health still isn't good- Unlike the domes, where most diseases were vaccinated or entirely eliminated, the resource town had to survive almost entirely by natural means. He comes from a large family- Six brothers and eight sisters, a third of whom didn't reach the age of twenty. His family worked as miners, excavating old collapsed mines and the accompanying warehouses to reach the minerals left behind. Len worked as an excavator, hauling a ton of dangerous mining equipment used to blow holes in collapsed rubble. He eventually earned a spot on the Red Lancers with his skill at heavy weapons, after he signed up in a bid to bring some money into his hometown. He's hardly concerned about Aequitas or the M3 dome, or if they end up owning his town- just that he gets famous enough to make Leagel noticeable.
