Powers:Able to rise and control the dead, giving him easy access to vast armies if he's standing over a graveyard. Able to make people die if he wills it, although this is an unpredictable power at best and drains him severely if he tries to use it intentionally, along with requiring direct eye contact with his target (this is why, when engaging him, Jackson Tyler's mercenaries are often instructed to wear sunglasses or visors). Also, able to drain the powers of the dead to increase his own physical strength, although after draining a dead person, he can no longer revive them. His powers are controlled through his red left eye, in which he keeps the souls of the dead he controls; he generally wears an eyepatch, as looking into it for too long can leave someone with the voices of his captured souls gibbering in their mind for all eternity, eventually driving them insane.

Problems:
Where to start? Ruthlessness, overconfidence, not caring about those around him, having mental breakdowns if he's defeated, possessing a Messiah Complex, and occasionally getting delusions of being a god. For starters. Underneath all that, he's actually a reasonably nice person who wants to have friends; however, he refuses to become attached to people, making him the most distant of the group.
