Personality: He is a spirited 20 year old that never takes himself too seriously. Elijah prefers an easy going approach to life and at times is scolded for his lackadaisical behavior.

History(Before being a Runner): Elijah grew up on one of the more poverty stricken areas of Surbia. His parents once owned a famous Thai restaurant, but the economy and the city's increasingly strict tax laws forced them to close shop. Frustrated with their financial woes and Surbia's state of affairs, his parents took to the streets in protest. They were detained when he was 10, forcing him to live on his own for several years. Legal or illegal, he did what he could to survive -- no matter how many times the cops chased after him. People soon caught wind of Elijah and called him "Froggy" because of his slippery antics with the law. Word eventually spread and the Runners sought him out for recruitment. Interestingly enough, he rejected their offer several times until one Runner approached him with information regarding his parents. At age 16, he finally agreed to join. He has been training and running contracts ever since, hoping to eventually find a way to get his parents out of prison.
