Aonghus: Possibly meaning "one strength" derived from Irish óen "one" and gus "force, strength, energy". Aonghus (sometimes surnamed Mac Og meaning "young son") was the Irish god of love and youth. The name was also borne by an 8th-century Pictish king and several Irish kings.
Rhys: Means "enthusiasm" in Welsh. Several Welsh rulers have borne this name.
Tadhg: Means "poet" in Irish. This was the name of an 11th-century king of Connacht.
Baines: From Welsh ab Einws meaning "son of Einws". The given name Einws means "little anvil".

Name origins aside, Aonghus is an unaging tiny powerhouse. He's only been around 10 years, but hasn't aged since his 'birth' at physically 20 years old. He is only 4'10" with blonde hair, deep green eyes, and pale skin that burns easily - covered in tattoos meant to convey his level of pain tolerance. Made by the Governments of Ireland and Wales to lead the offence against the English, he saw no point in the incredible violence he was taught after 5 years of training, and so escaped the facility via an experimental 'disentegrator' they'd built. Except he knew the truth. It was, in all it's misunderstood glory, a teleportation ray. Taking himself to America and assuming the guise he's known by today, he's mostly stuck around Florida and learned what he can to get by. Not all of these things are entirely legal- he has no qualms about getting his hands dirty, such as faking IDs and picking locks. He does however, refuse to kill or do anything that'd seem likely to kill someone.

In terms of the 'super' of his being a supersoldier, he's got considerable amounts of it. He can bench press a tank effortlessly, run around at around 80 miles per hour, and has senses that rival the best the animal kingdom has to offer. He can go months without food or water, and weeks without sleep. And most of all, he regenerates damage so fast that the only way to kill him would be instantaneous molecular-level incineration. Perhaps his greatest weakness is his lack of life experience- he has, after all, only been around for 10 years- despite looking like he's been around twice that long. It shows up in his behavior- he acts much like a kid would. He is obsessively curious and creative, with a short attention span. And while he does care for people that he's learned to trust, he does sometimes say blunt or otherwise inappropriate things.
