ArmarxElite wanders in with a group of troopers, hearing calls about militry grade weapons, "Greeting fellow citizens!" the man said, "No need to be alarmed, Armarx military protection forces are here, go on with your drinking..." as in the outside, several armored men would be looking, traveling with 2 strange androids...
ArmarxElite then nodded, as the leader said, "Go on," he said, "I'm running with the civies, tell me what's up.."
ArmarxElite then nods, as she said, "No,. I know all the mercenaries," he said, then nodding, "I heard reports of military grade tech out at the mines, what is this, and explain to me why I am up to my Eyeballs in reports, documentation, and heavens knows what shit, from all sorts of people..." He wanted to hear TechCon's answer for this.
ArmarxElite nods, "Then why am I being yelled at, give me a full and detailed report on what just dropped, I want to know who and how this happened. I would care less since its out in the sticks, but since the mayor's brother happened to see his property flattened, I am in shit. I will make you share my shitty weekend, so give me the report, and your personal deposition, as of yesterday! He was telling the Tech-Con guys this.
ArmarxElite then laughs, "I don't pander to terrorists, and I've done my 849-B compliance, however, you also signed this act, Mercnary Standard Weapons act, after that No Worlds thing that got everyone spooked, why is there heavy armor, its border.. it IS military grade, which wasn't approved by those Trantor sky wizards.." he shighed, before pulling up a datapad, "And these weapons, these are mech killers, why do you have them in the city, more than over the personal firearm treaty, which some people like the Mistress Motoko got grandfathered in.." He presented the evidence to the Tech Con Field commander, as he waited, "I'll see if I could send my friend to Lagara, but I don't think his cruiser will make it.."
ArmarxElite then nods, as he said, "If you drop anything from space, I will close the mines..." he brought his suit closer to the man, dropping his protective helment, "Personally," as he then said, "My agents are working with the Halo issue. Dropping bombs and expecting me to break into houses will work. I think you have heard of a country called America, which attempted to fight something called.. co..co.. Communism!" he said, his helmet returning to its protective form, "They tried that method. It failed. So, if you refuse to obey our laws, I will make sure the mines are closed. You can go find Trinium somewhere else, or hire those Trantor to get it. I hear they are the greatest miners in space..." He laughed, as he called over a serving android to drink. Tech-Con were little more than war criminals, and now they proved it. He would have to report this to command... not a good day.
ArmarxElite then laughed, "I am sure plenty of people will run to those mines, when I nationalize them," he said, as he would then nodded, "I will send you some of our Variable Fighters, and assist you with building an airport, but fighting a campaign like this... it isn't instant. Progress is not something I can do instantly. It will take weeks, months to get them out, because I have to build trust. Trust which your fleet has burnt, and is being burned every day. I hear people call Tech Con blood money... but I can't make trust, unless YOU work with me. Stop the attacks, I'll send defenders, make yourself look like the innocent, rather than a bully.

And with that, the man said, "I will be here if you need me, I'm off duty.."

ArmarxElite walks in, looking around as he shighs, "Where is the owner of this bar.." the man said, his suit a contrast to the usual clientele of this bar. "I need an owner, or a representative, I have documents to serve.."
ArmarxElite hands the Centurion documents, "These documents came down from on high," the man said, "Now apparently there have been tax issues due to the frequent costs of military investigations and activity, so I'm here to serve you documents that need to be filled out, as well as several... hundred... million.." the man adjusted his glasses, making sure the number was correct, "Yes, several hundred million standard in fees due to military fees, non payment of some bills, and apparently several lawsuits..."
ArmarxElite then simply says, "Well I thought this might happen, Boys!" he said, "As you heard, the Robot refuses to follow with Terra law..." The man smiled, as agents walked in, taking pictures. Of course, the Trantor Legal craft had left days ago, but it would be a while before it could even get close to Aschen space. "As the primary representative of Armarx on Terra, I formally declare Gambit's Bar a Nationalized Asset due to noncompliance.." The man's glasses seemed to flash for a moment, "I will of course still have to call command, but it cannot be helped..."
ArmarxElite then shighs, "If it was money," the man said, "IT wold be easier," the man said, "But I'm here to hand you documents, court dates, the people want explanations to why the noise level broke limits.." he said, as he sent the money to the various accounts set up for these legal issues, "So send a lawyer to the Legal center," he said, "Nationalization was suggested by the local Senator, and it is rather annoying to be pushed to do so, but you do know robots have legal rights on Terra.."
ArmarxElite then turns to the two, "Please stop fighting," the man said behind his glasses, "It isn't the most prudent thing to do when there are Riot Troo.." He was thankful for his shades as the light came over the bar.
ArmarxElite then pulls out a badge, and simply arrests Hagan. "You are under arrest for violating section RX-178-2 code PTR-3, section 8," the man said, "Discussing bribery is illegal under the McCain act of Campaing Finance Reform," the man said, "You have the right to not be mindprobed, anything you discuss will be used against you in a court of law," the man was reading off the rights of the Citizen, as other agents swarmed around the bar, "Please come with us, we will take you to WCPD HQ...
ArmarxElite then reponded, "You are on Terra, subject to Terran Law," the man said, "So if you shoot on my men, you WILL be committinc an act of war, and we can outright seize this place. Ball's in your court sir," the man said, as he started to escort Hagan out.
ArmarxElite then turns to Marlene, "As a felon," the man said to Marlene, "A fugitive from justice cannot be allowed to own property, the Treize Doctrine," the man said, "As such," he said, "This property is now Terran.." he shighed, "We will of course offer the employees 1 year contracts with an option of extending it," the man said, "But Tec-Con.." the man said, "Well the Mining Operations are also forfeit" he said to the agent, before shighing, "It can't be helped..." The agents would search the bar, looking for documents to seize, as their apparent leader started to head out. "Come on, bring the team home.."

"Hey, what about the other," an agent asked their leader, "No time, besides, we only had one warrent," the man said, "Even if I did, I'm not letting her lawyer let her out because we broke the law," the man simply nodded, "Fair enough," the man then said, "If your people refuse to follow local law," the agent said, no emotion present in his voice, "Then it can't be helped, we will nationalize our mines, as of... now," the man heard the signal through his glasses.

ArmarxElite watched as the man simply said, "Uh, I'm not paid to do economics, I'm just following directions given to me by the White Fang," the man said, "But our leader is ..," he stopped, "Apparently on the White Base, which is halfway to space by now, so no go contacting him.."
ArmarxElite then responds, "Your supplies will still be sent, but untill White Fang and the Senate get back to my boss, I'll have to simply keep these orders up, anyway, here is my card.." the agent said, handing the woman a card, "I must be off, our new temporary boss will be here in an hour, call the office for more information, or the legal center.."

This would be a big deal, as a man with a machine gun would turn towards Cameron, before letting him go, "You will speak to us later, Commander," the paramiitary man said, as the others would all wonder what had happened
