This Mexican walking fish (who prefers it when people call her a salamander) is highly intelligent. It comes in its very own mobile fish bowl.

Cute and adorable Axol smiles an awful lot. She is 9.1 inches long and for some reason was born with fully developed limbs, giving her the ability to use them properly, unlike other Mexican Walking Fish.
Personality
Axol loves to run and play! Unfortunately she is confined to her mobile fish bowl, which she uses to get everywhere. Chipper despite the fact that her habitat is seriously shrinking, this walking fish has commentary on everything. Not always polite commentary though.
Equipment
Due to mass amounts of pollution before she hatched, Axol has a highly developed brain. This gives her the somewhat rare ability to think. She also was limited telekinetic powers because of it which she uses mostly for opening doors.
Axol uses a computer screen that is attached to her bowl to communicate.
History
Born in the the lake complex Xochimilco, in Mexico, Axol quickly realized she was different from her siblings. Using refuse, she built her first mobile fish bowl, and then she was on her way! Currently, she hitched a ride all the way to Wing City and is enjoying being there.
How she makes money is a mystery, but there are some things it's best not to know.
So begins...
Axolotls's Story
Axolotls opens the door using her telekinesis and rolls in, sending her fish bowl heading towards the bar. Using its special climbing extension, the aquatic salamander makes her way to the bar counter. Words appear on the attached computer screen.
Is there a bartender?
Axolotls watches the needles fail to penetrate her awesome fish bowl though they do scratch it.
Great. Now I'm going to have to get that fixed.
Axolotls watches the poison go down the fish bowl and sighs.
Can someone please clean that gunk off my bowl?
Axolotls drives her fishbowl over the counter top to HellShine. Her computer screen flashing displaying the message
Excuse me, but do you sell worms here?
Axolotls would blink if she had eyelids. Instead she merely changes the words on her screen.
I'm afraid my bowl isn't any good for digging. So you sell small fish perhaps?
Axolotls examines it from her fish bowl.
She finally decides.It is a little big.
The salamander nods and motions to the top of her fish bowl.As long as it is raw though, it will do.
It you could just put it there, and take out the money from my purse.
Axolotls nods to the bartender as her utensils make quick work of the frozen fish, the top of her bowl thawing it rapidly even as a knife and fork fold out from the sides of the lid to cut in into the required size. Finished, the lid tilts inward on either side, the knife scraping the food down into the bowl. All too happily the salamanders chows down as the lid closes above her.
Axolotls rolls across the counter in her fish bowl, looking at each of the patrons for someone to speak to.
Axolotls rolls over to HellShine having finished her fish.
Are you sure you do not sell worms here? I would love a good bloodworm for dessert.
Axolotls watches her fish bowl crack toward the top, luckily not breaching the water levels. With a sigh and puts up and internal patch and begins to search the internet for a new fish bowl. It looked like she would have to move again.
Axolotls rolls over in her fish bowl to Turron. She stops in front of them and beeps her tiny horn to catch his attention. There is new message on her computer screen.
Would you like to talk?
Axolotls waves to him.
She did a little front flip in her fish bowl, looking around curiously. With her short attention span there was no telling how long this conversation would last.I'm Axol. It's a pleasure to meet you.

Axolotls would glare at him, but lacks the facial muscles to do so. Instead she hits her emergency button which sounds a klaxon alarm sure to pierce eardrums. It also causes two large revolvers to come out from the base of her fish bowl. She herself puts on a hat in a threatening manner.
Axolotls types a message on her computer screen.

Axolotls turns around in her tank to see the man. Her sign changes.
She tells him, looking back at the fire. Her guns pivot on their mounts to face Cadaver.That was pretty neat.
Axolotls keeps her guns trained on the man carefully, not wanting to get injured. Carefully she rolls backwards, trying to slowly back away from the insane man. A fire fight was not at all what she needed. Bullets might pierce her fish bowl!
