Description
When the glow of pure awesome godliness fades enough, you might detect a mouldy blanket-like cloak billowing dramatically around its immaculate form. Gender is optional.
Personality
Utterly deluded of its own perfection. Tries to be magnanimous, usually achieves condescending.
Despises the Badsplit.
Equipment
Any of four billion rare and formidable powers. No, really.
History
Formed when a mad scientist's filtration of pyriguanidinium benzyloxylate went wrong, Splice is convinced her/his being is composed of all good things in this world. S/he has a vendetta against her twin the Badsplit, and both will work together only in the name of tracking down their AWOL creator.

"Wow. It is a real joy to know that the massage parlour in this place is so dedicated. hands just rise out of the ground," Splice blinked sweetly. "So nice that they live up to the hype in the advertising!"

applauded the new arrival. "Don't be silly, he's tapping into his feminine side! It's admirable." Unlike its twin, the Splice spoke perfectly genuinely.

"Splitty! Splitty! Over here! Oh, maaaan, I missed you!" The Splice, a small bundle of warm golden light with a chemical rag cloak, waved at its fellow with pining eyes.

"Split! A bottle smashed on my head and I'm bleeding...this is healthy, right?" asked the Splice, shoving a tiny hand dripping with bright plasma into what appeared to be its symbiote's face. It was a sad thing to be such a bad liar...but to believe yourself was surely worse.

Splice tripped over a bottle on the floor as it made its glittering path towards the one Split had looked at. "You're a bouquet of hyacinths," assured the creature quickly. "Please don't listen to the Split talking about you."

"Split always means well. Accidental rudeness is just..." The thing struggled to find a new adjective among its meagre collection of braincells. "Accidental?"

"My name is Badsplit and I always speak the truth." Replied Splice with a gentle smile.

"I get the feeling we;ll make a lot of new friends tonight!" Splice prodded Split with a glimmering finger, splashes of glowing liquid falling to the floor from its earlier wounds. This had a side effect of eliminating any shadows from their corner of the bar.

"My twin is a poetical genius!" said Splice to any who would listen, glittering with pride. It failed to notice that it was being utterly ostracised.

"I'm very impressed by these people's ninja skills," commented Splice happily, obliviously blowing the cover of any ambushers if only its voice weren't despised and ignored by all. "And I told you, some bottles fell off the shelf and made me bleed."

"Doesn't your multiple personality disorder and or vocal stalking and or imprinting complex ever worry you, Splitty?" Splice was unusually trite, trying to cover up the venom with a blinding smile.

"I'm so glad!" trilled its twin. "No one would want to be given your crap! You're so kind not to."

"This is exciting!" shouted Splice, splattering glitter across the wall in its hyperactive dancing. "Split, more people are going to get nice healthy injuries like me, aren't they?"

"You told me this kind of thing was character building..." whimpered Splice, eyes all the bigger to compensate for its spill rag sibling lacking any.

"I'm the Badsplit, no, I'm Kisa, and I chatter inane nonsense to prevent myself from hearing any other speaker! Because the world loves my voice that much!" cried Splice, desperate to gain its twin's approval through imitation.

Badsplice was overcome with elation, and hugged The Badsplit in a sudden fit of emotion. They had finally bonded over heckling!
Badsplice held on tighter, because no one was sure whether its sweetness was born of genuine idiocy or an ulterior motive to piss off the Split. No one knew, not even itself. "You're such a liar!" cooed the Splice.

"No need to fear intimacy to the extent that one little hug gives you a heart attack. My purified nature won't kill you that fast!" Splice's grin could be mistaken for vicious.
