Personality
Arrogant and self-righteous, Cain is very similar to his twin, but on a slightly more reserved level if anything. Of the two, he considers himself to be the "thinker", to oppose his brother's instinctual tendencies. Even so, he tends to give the final say to Adam despite the fact that he is the "younger" of the two; this has landed them in rather precarious situations a dozen times over. He is very protective of his twin, as any twin would be, and has a tendency to go ballistic when he is harmed.
Cain, like his brother, loves to have fun, though his idea of fun often ends in something burning to the ground; he is a rather pessimistic and destructive individual. When he doesn't get what he wants, he isn't afraid to through a tantrum, which often ends in the utter decimation of the nearest structure.
To contrast Adam's tendencies, when speaking to his father, he always refers to him "daddy". Cain loves chocolate and is deathly afraid of needles.
History
Cain and Adam both lived in luxury, their every need waited upon by the extensive staff within their mansion. Their father was the owner and largest shareholder of Acres International, a major player in the stock trading industry. Their father, Richard, was a very busy man, and as such the twins did not get the fatherly attention they needed. Of the two, Cain received the most attention, though even that was not much. It sparked some jealousy in Adam, the result of which was the young boy employing multiple impulsive methods to try and get his father's attention.
He loved his brother dearly, but the trouble Adam got him in was sometimes too much for him to handle; he didn't think that it was fair for his dear brother to treat him like that, which only worsened his destructive attitude. Cross-dressing, which later became a habit of the two, was only one of the tactics Adam had used to gain his father's attention. At the age of eleven however, Adam finally seemed to have stumbled on a genuinely good idea; The Black Arts.
In some sort of crazy attempt to spite their father for the time he owed them, the two began sneaking away daily to their mansion's secret basement level, library tomes in tow. They would draw out pentagrams upon the floor, recite chants, and even sacrificed a goat in an attempt to draw forth the raw powers of Magick. It wasn't until three weeks into their "studies" that their efforts bore fruit when they finally successfully evoked the powers of Lilith; a powerful deity they had long since idolized. They devoted themselves to her "servitude" in exchange for the power she offered; power enough to make them unstoppable by any mortal means. The pact made was signified by the pentagrams upon their hands, which glow when they call upon their powers.
Since then, they have wreaked much havoc upon the world, identifying themselves as Witchboys, Icons of Chaos. Their father, though still aloof to their dappling in Witchcraft, has slowly begun to give them more attention, and has since had to bail them out of a few... interesting situations.

Gabriel Ereb, aboard a private jet, skimmed through several files on his tablet. There were numerous schematics depicting everything from weapons to spaceship parts.
Meteor zoomed high in the atmosphere above
“
I'm going check that forest

Linus Trucidabunt hopped casually off of the train when it pulled into the far busier station just outside of Wing City' Eastern Gates.
He signalled for Carmen to stay close, ignoring the sound of the city beyond the great gate as he prepared the ultimate beeline escape.
Carmen Dellevon followed Linus, reaching for his hand when an especially large ship took to the atmosphere above from within the city. That must be the spaceport.
Linus Trucidabunt surprised himself when he grabbed Carmen's hand back.
