Route 13: Z-Force Alolan Branch HQ - Force Barracks

"Kyukyubu, what do you suppose will happen today?"

The question was asked aloud by a woman gazing into a mirror whom was dressed only in a black undershirt and black underwear. It seemed to be directed at her Pokemon, a Pyukumuku that was idly on a bed nearby, poking at a pillow. As the woman began to button up a dark purple dress shirt, the Pyukumuku turned around and responded in it's own way.

"Muku pyu."

"Of course you'd say that, Kyukyubu."

The woman let out a sigh as she put on a black jacket, making sure she didn't crinkle the sleeves. Her gaze tracked down to look at the Pyukumuku that was now idly making the small noises typical of their kind.

"Another difficult day ahead of us then, it seems. A lot of Trainers don't seem to understand us or what we do, but I suppose that's to be expected. After what's happened recently all over Ruula, and seeing just how many organizations hold evil intent, people are on edge."

The Pyukumuku stopped its own thing for a moment to give the woman a thumbs up with its organs while making more noises that she simply found cute. Giggling while pulling up a dark purple pleated miniskirt, she responded.

"I suppose you're right, as always. We just need to remember our ultimate goal, which is the empowerment of both people and Pokemon. In fact, today, I will not lose to any Trainer who challenges us over what we do! I make that declaration now!"

As she finished her declaration, the Pyukumuku looked up at her with a blank look more of confusion than anything else.

"Pyupyu muku pyu."

"Aww, don't steal my thunder now! I'm so close to the next tier of bonuses! I just need to lose less, and not fail you, Kyukyubu."

"Ukupyu..."

Combing her hair and adjusting the black garrison cap, the woman smiled, seeing the Pyukumuku go back to poking the pillow. She made a mental note to not fail it today.

"Thanks for the support, Kyukyubu!"

The woman pulled up the black socks and laced up the black ankle boots that completed her uniform. She lastly pinned the Z-Force Emblazon to the left lapel of the black collar, as well as her Associate Rank Medal right next to it. Taking out a Great Ball, she returned the Pyukumuku to it before grabbing her bag.

"Let's get going. We've got work to do."

Alola Route 8

"Timothy... We need to keep moving! The project site has to be secured before we can proceed, after all!"

A young woman ran down the route, making it to a designated point alongside a man. Both wore similar uniforms, with the man's uniform trading the skirt for pants.

"Easy for you to say, Gabrielle! You've always been more athletic than I."

"Oh, I just refuse to let Kyukyubu down! I want that next tier of bonuses!"

"Pyuku?"

Her Pyukumuku made noises of the kind she just found so cute. Giggling, she patted its head before giving it a high-five. The next site wasn't far, and it was to set up the area for construction of a device that could use the winds and water in the area to form a sort of renewable energy. The kind of stuff that made her get excited.
