Appearance: Jack Parker is five foot eight inches and has dark tan skin from being out in the hot sun of the Oklahoma wasteland. His hair is a dark dirty blonde that is long enough for him to style in his usual crazed bed head look. He was blue eyes and his eyebrows are thick. His muscle mass is larger then that of normal humans but is still slender making him look like the superheroes of comic books that survivors have found in UVBs and some they have dug up.

Jack Parker is a member of a colony of survivors that came from an opened UVB. When the UVB opened the colony knew it would need some form of shelter so they made the UVB they were staying in there home. Jack Parker's family has been in charge of the UVB since the bombs dropped making him well known in the colony, but recently his family has stepped down from being the ones that looked over the UVB. When Jack was 15 his father was working on an experiment with the chemicals left in the UVB before the bombs dropped. The Chemicals were used to help create super-soilders. While experimenting Jack got into the chemicals when his father asked him to help but accidentally got some on Jack. Ashamed of his actions since this could have killed Jack he stepped down from being the leader of the UVB to make sure his son would be fine. Jack was more then fine though as his body remained the same size and shape but his muscle mass increased and gained a super strength that was on par with the Military Mutants. This made Jack look like a superhero in the comics he read and decided to use his new found traits to help protect the people of the UVB from the Bedlam Raiders. The people in his colony call him The Wasteland Superman.
