Description

Physical Description:
http://i.imgur.com/iiok4Gw.png
Larion wears an Iron Mask, which seems to be attached to his face via a serious of straps around his head. The Mask is rather plain, save for two bars that go down, parrel to his nose, and another two bars that run parrle to his eyes. His head is covered by a soft, foliage green hood.

Physically, he is of an extremely impressive build boasting obvious muscles when not in his personal power armor.

His chest is protected by a light set of Adamantium, which is secured to him via another set of straps and chains. His arms and stomach are wrapped up in a tough leather wrap, which is tightly bound to his skin. His forearms are adorned by a set of Adamantium bracers, with decorative spikes coming off the elbow ends, and he wears leather gloves to cover his hands.

His pants are of loose fit, quite baggy around the tops of his steel toed boots.

The man's eyes are a distinct, self-illuminated emerald, staring out from underneath the slits of his mask.

Personality: [Redacted] Find out in Roleplay

Equipment & Abilities:

MK2 Standard Viceral Puncture rifle. "The Punisher"
A heavy assault rifle, that doubles as an anti power armor weapon. It features two sources of ammo, which are battery packs, and Thollium Rockets It mounts a 3.5 Cm barrel in the upper portion, which upon triggering, fires a super heated plasma, which travels at the speed of a ballistic bullet, and is espeically effective against biological, or mechanical/armored targets.

It also mounts a 14 Cm barrel under the primary weapon, which upon triggering, fires a Thollium rocket at first Two hundred meters per second, which accelerates in about two seconds to 350 meters per second. The Thollium rocket is a Twenty Cm rocket, with a warhead loaded with it's namesake, Thollium. The Thollium is a shaped charge, with much of it's explosive force being projected forward upon detonation, which, on average, is capable of breaching one and a half inch of steel plate, under ideal conditions. The Punisher is capable of loading a magazine of three of these rocks, and requires an anologe racking after each shot.

Needler "Peace-Keeper"
A sidearm that is about the height of a mans hand, and the length of a young boys arm. It fire's needles of unstable energy, which render it as a light explosive upon impact with a physical object. While unsuited to the task of taking on armored foes, the Peace-Keeper has demonstrated efficiency in taking on unarmored opponents, as the explosive property of it's rounds tend to inflict serious internal injuries on it's victims.

The Peace-Keeper is loaded with a battery pack in order to fire, and has a clip of twenty rounds per pack.

M22 Combat Power Armor "Big Brother"
The M22 Combat Power Armor, is, obviously, a self powered equipment that encompasses the entire body of it's wearer. It features first it's exoskeleton, which serves to increase the strength, and survivability, of it's wearer, through physical support, an on board medical pack, and emergency features, such as a flare burst, and beacon. The Exoskeleton consists of the above, as well as an onboard reactor, powered by Thollium, and features a framework that spans the entire body. It uses complex mechanisms that expand upon it's wearer, such as extended arms, which are controlled by internal grasps, increased height for the wearer, and just a complete sense of dread for anyone unlucky enough to step in their way. The helmet comes with a HUD display, which displays the wearers vitals, local information, and tactical information as well.

The armor is then added onto the Exo-skeleton, an alloy of Steel and exotic metals, which are used to protect both the wearer, and the interworkings of the combat suit. Each piece has an average thickness of Three, to four inches, excluding the helmet, and sides, which are generally a thickness of one, or two inches. Additionally, the armor comes with front flood lights, build into the armor, and contains storage ports for the wearer to store, or in some cases charge, additional ammo.

The M22 Power Armor, however, requires implants and surgeries, as well as a base height and build, in order to wear. Metal sockets are built into the wearer's Shoulders, lower back, and in certain cases, the upper as well. The wearer is implanted with a microchip, that serves to monitor his vitals, which can be projected into the power armor's computer.

Finally, the suit has a built in electro pulse generator, which esentially, is a shield. The shield acts on a constant, buffer generator. This way, the shield is able to ward off, or significantly reduce shots, rounds, or other hostile forces that could potentially breach the already thick armor. It doesn't, however, hold up well to many small attacks.

The armor is entered through a back slot. The engine block is capable of sliding open to the side, where the wearer can climb into the suit. Once the suit detects that the intended wearer is both compatible with the suit, and in position, it locks itself onto the wearer, and seals itself, until otherwise prompted.

As if on que, a ship veered into sight. A Viper MKIV, a ship the size of a corvet class, which was errliy similar to an arrowhead with blocks on it's end sides. It sped it's way in the air towards the landing sight, and hovered above at about fifty yards in the air, before it choose a spot to descend.

"Landing gear deployed." A feminine voice called out within the cockpit, as the underside of the ship deployed magnetized racks. There was no metal here to attach itself to, but it would serve to keep the ship stable. The orange glow of the control interface splashed against the power armor of the pilot, whom glanced between his armors HUD, and the ships display. "Contact bearing thirty feet out rear exit. Identities Confirmed." Came the voice from within his helmet. His right display brought up the ships rear footage, briefly displaying some code as it ran a process in the back round. "Beacon silenced. Rear Multi-Cannons prepped." The voice sounded off. The man smiled, it never hurt to be prepared, and big guns always seemed to ward off people who tried to shake him down, if the armor wasn't imposing enough.

"Nivera, open rear hatch, keep the drive spinning for immediate take off." The gruff voice said.

"Confirmed."

"Open Gun compartment."

"Confirmed. Standard firearms?"

The merc rolled his tongue in his mouth, and clacked his sharp teeth. "Confirm."

A compartment behind his seat opened, and his Punisher, and Peace Keeper, were dispensed onto racks. Finally, the Merc turned, rising out of his huge seat to grasp the weapons, hooking the Peace Keeper to his side, while grasping the much bigger assualt rifle in his arms. The ship touched down finally, in what he could feel was a large thump in the ship's hull.

He stepped forward, holding the rifle in his hands, pointed to the side in a passive state. The hydraulics of his power armor gave that ever so satisfying whish noise with each step, clanking against the alloy floor, until he entered the airlock. The hatch closed behind him.

"Outside air is measured at hospitable levels." The voice called out, as a white light suddenly flashed the airlock. "Bio Contaminates clear." It came again, and the hatch to the outside opened.

The felines in fact were about thirty feet away, and they were graced with the sight of Larion Lithen, a professional Mercenary. His power armor stood at around eight feet tall, and was colored in a dark blue scheme. It was built to be slim, but none the less gave off a bulky, walking tank look, with it's front alloy armor bearing four flood lights built into it, the rear housing the Thollium generator that powered the monstrosity.

The man's orange hued visor was down, obscuring the face beneath it, as he stepped forward to meet what would hopefully be his latest contractor.

The arrival of the man was of no surprise to the crew of the small craft, and the leader and his two guards soon stepped forward towards the craft intending to meet with him. He was known as Leopold Applegate among his people, one of the greatest generals among his people, the Kalar, as they were very quick to idol any figure who rose to authority. It was an odd people, and that lead to many odd habits.

"Yo," called the voice of the general, gleaming eyes staring out at the masked man. He gestured with a clawed paw to direct his guard to either side and the pair slinked off to make themselves idle nearby where they wouldn't be a nuisance, muttering affirmations as they left.

In Kalar culture, there were certain exchanges that were naturally expected, as if ingrained into the minds of the people, but out here he had come to learn that such interactions were rare, if not considered outright odd. Still, there were matters to attend to. Family matters.

There was the sound of static, and then of a voice, as if it was coming through comms. It spoke, gruffly, yet the tone of an educated man.

"Larion Lithen, Ex-Imperial Commander, Professional Contractor." Came the voice, the hydraulics of the armor whirling as the man straightened up. His HUD started bringing up details about the person before him, recording the conversation, and automaticly opening a dossier in his person files. "Record states that I have a Job offer from a Mr. Applegate, regarding a... Personal matter, that he'd like attended to?"

Larion Lithen was known mostly by a few of his exploits, things he didn't usually advertise. A few incidents of where he traded shots with a ring of organized crime, lesser known that his pay master was another ring of crime lords. Some people claimed he had boarded a ship about to detonate and defused the bomb himself. Another half truth, he guarded the bomb techniction who did the defusing. Another story held him up to the image of breaking into a kidnapping ring's safe house, and slaughtering it's members. That one was true... He loved that job.

The owner of the voice shifted towards the guards just a bit, helmet centering on them to mark their positions, before resting on his future client. He didn't have too many enemies, but enough that at this point, he wouldn't be surprised if they'd set up a meeting like this just to corner him, though to be fairly honest, they seemed legit.

One ear twitched as the man spoke, but his attention was squarely on him and his tall posture never faltered. "I am Leopold Applegate, Red Collar General of the Kalar Empire," he answered formally, trying to match the tone of the conversation, "Records are correct. I have a job offer. My position has brought me to live far from my family, but information has come to me of my estranged sibling Norrington, who ran away from home many years ago."

He was very straight to the point. "Kalar society does not have money, but we have raw lump rare materials to exchange for money. We have found gold and platinum to be of interest to trade, and I am willing to trade a small container worth for my sibling to be returned to me alive. He is currently on this planet of Terra, seen in Wing City with another, unknown Kalar, using some technology that looks derivative of Kalar. I can provide more information on my species if it will help you in this endeavor."

Terra, Wing city, the images and names popped up. Emerald eyes quickly glanced between them all, sending the rest off for further review. Then his eyes glanced over the mans face.

"My Contracts are simple. You give me the objective, I tell you the basis of how I'll accomplish it, what I'll need, and the price for the job." He'd glance over at his ship, as if trying to judge how much space it's hold had. "All my contracts are descreet, as I imagine you want this to be, judging from you stance on hiring a third party." He added. "Records are sealed and encrypted on two separate dossiers. Unauthorized access first deletes the contents of the dossier, and then causes premature detonation in the hardware storing the information." There was an edge in his voice, as if he had to learn that lesson.

"So. What exactly is my job?"

Eyes narrowed at the man as Leopold shuffled his weight on his feet impatiently. "Your job, exactly, is to get Norrington Applegate and bring him to me alive. He is a Kalar like me, but he is white furred. I do not care about discretion. It is not discretion that is the problem. But if he sees military Kalar coming for him, he will run. That is the only reason I need you."

He leaned forwards, putting that height to good use to try and tower over the man, with his teeth partly exposed as his mouth tugged downwards. "Is that all you need to know?" He leaned back so he was upright and gestured for his guards, who nodded and scampered towards the ramp once more. "Payment before or after the job is done?"

Larion smiled thinly under the helmet. Either the feline's posturing was an attempt to measure the merc to see what kind of man he was, or it was the stuffy, self-important demeanor of people in command. He didn't care which, simple staring his employer down.

"You contacted me, I assume you can forward me his latest photo, biometerics, and confirmed sightings the same way." He said, before he shifted on his legs. "Tracking him down will be Twenty thousand in gold, using Tera's local currency as the standard. Capture and detainment will be somewhere between fifty thousand, and eighty thousand worth in gold, depending on local authority, and how well it goes. A base fee of Fifty thousand..." He ran his numbers through his head. "Maximum of One-hundred fifty thousand credits in gold, or a minimum of one hundred twenty thousand credits. I'm paid after the job is completed to specifications."

He thought for a moment. "I will require his medical records if available."

The guards soon came out in a hurry, one clutching a manila folder in its claws ill-suited for gripping. Normally they would wear robotic gloves to provide them with hands, but Leopold wanted them to seem less threatening. The folder was brought up and offered, nearly flapping open thanks to the poor hold on it. Inside was bare information; several photos of a pair of felines similar in appearance in that they were both white furred, though one had black tipped ears and tail. They wore clothes contrary to what seemed to be common practice by these Kalar and the taller of the two had been circled. The other documents were descriptions of sightings, a more detailed physical description and a very short list of people Norrington had been seen associating with, mostly just the unknown other Kalar.

"We will do the calculations to figure out how much gold that is before the exchange," Leopold promised.

However, for the rest of the information he was unhelpful. "We do not know when he was last collared-" an odd comment, but within Kalar society overpopulation was so bad that medical care was largely considered a non-thing other than flea collars (which doubled as ranking markers), "-and we do not know what biometrics are."

Larion frowned beneath the mask, but attributed the lack of info to social quirks. A name alone could get you far, and he had more than besides. He massive mechanical hand came forward to lightly grasp the paper, before he brought it up to his visor. Niveria, his Personal AI, was already cataloging the relevant information he needed.

After a few moments, he slid the paper into a side compartment in his armor, for his own personal records.

He then lowered his arm, and a small touch screen computer slid out towards the feline. "Contract drawn up." Came his voice. "By entering yer' print, Mr. Applegate, and Mr. Lithen Formally enter contract, where as Lithen will provide Mr. Applegate with one Norrington Applegate, in exchange for the after mentioned payment method. Should I fail to complete this contract to your specifications, the contract is considered void, and all information gathered in the attempt to pursue it's completion will be handed over to further your future goals. Should Mr. Applegate fail to deliver his payment immediately upon the completion of the after mentioned terms-" Larion's voice grew harsh. "-Then he is free to..."

"One, Hold the Goods hostage, or release them under a personal protection contract, until such a time as the payment is delivered.
Two, Reposes the property of the contractee in an amount equal to the agreed upon price." He'd pause for a moment. "With Lethal Force. Is this agreed upon?"

Examining eyes narrowed as the contract spoke on only dipping momentarily to examine the touch screen. "Other species make these terms. It is interesting to the Kalar," he spoke as he extended his paw and planted it down on the touchscreen, "You will be paid, and I will have Norrington, or I will find someone else who can do it better. But once he knows people are coming for him, I think he will run again. So be careful."

Business. That was the word others had used to describe these mutual agreements. It was a strange thing, something Leopold did not care much for. But he had seen the cunning of other races too and saw that it was necessary. "I take it we will be in contact?" Once his paw was scanned, he would finally lift it and nod for his guards to head for the craft once more.

The touchscreen sealed itself after a brief period of confirming a lack of error, and the giant figure turned to the opening doors of the Viper's Hatch. "Nivera, chart course, spin drives up to a hundred percent." He muttered inside the suit. Then he switched to broadcast comm. "You'll get updates." Was all he said.

He turned around as he entered the ship, giving a last, sidelong glance towards the felines, as the hatch closed.

"Drives charging, heat building. Course plotted, preparing for atmosphere escape." Came that voice. "Vertical lift substained." A lurch, as the Viper slowly lifted off the ground with it's lower dynamic thrusters. He deposited his rifle to the side, not even bothering to properly store it, turning the pilot chair to sit in.

The Viper slowly pitched up. "Initiating forward thrusters." A burst of fire that kicked up sand into a swirl, and the ship sped off into the sky.

"Divert power from weapons to engines, charge up shift drive." He voiced into the suit, glancing around his ships display. An orange screen lit up to his left, display his contacts and navigation. He scrolled down the list with a wave of his hands, and pressed a finger into the holographic display that stated "Terra."

In just a few minutes, he'd breach the atmosphere, escape the gravity, and align himself with the correct system.

A large mechanical suit made it's way through the open space.

After his travel, Larion had deposited his ship at a local port, and had immediately visited the local customs office. It was a simple procedure he had come to find himself used to, to a point where he started remembering people's names without having to call records. There was some clear apprehension, as usual, with him carrying his Punisher. After all, the thing was meant to take on armored opponents, as well as infantry.

Which he didn't need anyway, as he contented himself with the simple 'Peace Keeper'. Strictly a capture mission, or more likely a kidnapping one, considering the target in question didn't want to come home.

He made his stop then at a local bounty office, making a few quite inquires about his contract, only to find that it was unrecognized. Good. Meant no competition. He went ahead and purchased some surplus goods there.

Specifically, gas grenades, including Argon Gas, as well as 'Pester' gas, which served to irritate the eyes, mouth, and skin, a few anesthetic chemicals, and a few battery packs. His armors arm had what consisted as a stun gun, and if needed, he could load his Peace Keeper with non-lethal compounds. They'd probably still break something on impact, but arranging for someone to be kidnapped came with the assumption that they'd be harmed in the process, though not lethally so. Finally, he had shock collars, and shock shackles, for detainment.

Then he deposited his armor at a local storage lot, renting it for a week, and rented a hotel that overlooked the plaza, proceeding immediately there after dropping off his armor.

He spent a few nights alone up there, binoculars pressed up against the mans iron mask, trying to confirm his presence somewhere.

"Your daughter's birthday is in two weeks, Commander." Came Nivera's voice in his earpiece, and it elicited a soft growl in his throat.

"I am well aware."

"I recommend you consider purchasing a suitable gift and returning on the eve before."

"I plan on it."

"Are you sure?"

That insufferable AI had been around him long enough to notice his pauses, beats, and struggles, something he so long prided himself in hiding. Damn her.

He would have responded had he not spotted his intended target. The shorter one, slender...

And the taller one, circled in the photo given to him earlier.

He divulged into a toothy grin.

With their presence confirmed, he waited out the night, resting for what would come tomorrow. The plan was simple, and his contingency prepared. He steeled himself, not just physically, but mentally, prepared to shield his mind by the unforeseen... It wouldn't be the first time someone tried that...

So upon that very day that these two felines were outside eating, an armored behemoth stepped forward, hands crossed behind his back as he came to stand before them. "A-hem." His voice called our beneath the visor. "Mr. Norrington? I am Mr. Curtechev, and I am with a local security firm hired by the city police forces. It appears there is a rather curious discrepancy in your records, and it has been requested of me to escort you to the customs office."

Both felines initially turned as Larion, then the daughter turned to look the other way, as if watching for someone approaching from the other side. Norrington however just raised an eyebrow at Larion, looking confused. No, not confused, conflicted. Like he was wrestling between two different equally valid responses. Unfortunately impulse got the better of him.

"Orly?" he piped up.
"Yarly..." muttered Bo in answer, almost as a sigh.
"Look buddy, I came out here to have a no milk flat white coffee with cinnamon because of an inherent lactose intolerance in cats to cows milk and I'm not about to let you interrupt that because you have made one of the stupidest decisions of your life," Norrington finally stated, before glancing at Bo and adding, "Oh and my daughter is here too. I mean, you look like an honest, hard working robot. But I can guarantee you're not with the police or customs, or at least not for the reason you say you are."

He was being very vivid with his paws, slapping them against the table in emphasis when he wasn't gesturing something in the air. But it was all to distract from a certain change that had occurred in the pair. They had gone tense, ready to move in a moments notice, and Bo was watching their surroundings intently while Norrington was making a big fuss.

"Cause nobody who has me on file would expect me to come quietly."

Larion's eyes narrowed. In less than five seconds, he had been ousted as not being whom he claimed to be. Worse was that they were still out in the open. He was fairly confident he could take the feline, even out of his armor...

But he found himself grinning. He liked this feline, and where it under any other circumstances, he'd sit down and ask him just how he made him. Perhaps he was too direct? He always was when he was too confident. Maybe he made him since his arrival.

Regardless however, the situation was not under such conditions, and he readied to quick draw, his body tensing to jump. "Nivera. Defense Matrix."

The armor's engine block hissed into higher functions, yet it was silent word wise.

"I'm impressed, Mr. Applegate. I was expecting someone of common mind. I am pleasantly surprised to find another who isn't so placid about their surroundings." He said, not bothering to hide a certain amount of joy in his voice, yet it grew harsh and professional again with his next words.

"However, the situation both you, your companion here, and I, find ourselves in, is hardly one where we can chat. I can assure you that should you come quietly, you are not to be harmed in any fashion. I am, however, authorized to take you in, under any means necessary." Not exactly true, but he hid the lie in a half truth, like all great lies should be based on. He'd been told that being subtle wasn't an issue, hadn't he?

"What a coincidence," said Norrington's mouth faster than his brain could think to stop it, not that he would regardless, "I am authorized to tell you to fuck off." He paused for a moment before adding, "See anyone Bo?"
"Well geez I dunno I only see half the colours that exist," she answered sarcastically.
"Close enough," Norrington answered.

In a moment Norrington pivoted on his chair and kicked with both springing legs to send himself launching away and the object for Larion's legs, though the flimsy thing would hardly hurt anyone. Bo on the otherwise rocked back and tipped her seat up and over until she found her way to all fours with the chair over her head.

The chair was so mundane and pitiful, the defense Matrix didn't even bother to stop it. It clattered against his armor as a fly might against a pane of glass.

His draw happened in a flash, the Peace-keeper flying out of it's holster under half a second. He almost at first intended to raise it and fire at Norrington, but on a split second decision, he instead raised it towards the mans companion, and cocked back the hammer to set it into a hair trigger, and just stood there.

"Any, means necessary, Mr. Norrington." He said flatly.

Norrington landed, also on all fours, then broke into laughter. "Shoot the bitch," he smirked as he slowly rose back up to his hind legs unsteadily, front paws raised, "No seriously, the fact you're aiming at her for hostage purposes? That says a lot about this. Fortunately, we know some magic tricks."

As soon as he was saying it, Bo started to slip away, her body turning blue and fizzling away into a mist. This would probably be the most shocking thing to come from the pair, if not for the fur on Norrington's arms starting to stand upright from a sudden gathering of static at the palm of his paw. Well, not static exactly, but negative energy, electrons stripped from their atoms and drawn to a central point.

"Buddy, we're assassins."

His fib failed. Shame, Larion was hoping he'd take the bait. "Nivera, get my Viper over here." He calmly muttered into the helmet.

"Confirmed." The voice said. "Warning. Quantum Disruption Detected. Advise Caution." That quip only served to strain Larion's already frowning face. He shifted his aim to his main target, slowly stepping back as he fired off a professional's three round burst from his peace keeper. The rounds consisted of dummy rounds, which used more explosive force, and much less of the lethal shrapnel.

Norrington answered in kind, releasing what was in his hand and amounted to about a small dose of lightning. It certainly wasn't the same wrath of god that nature conjured during storms, but it could hurt like a bitch and kill those with weak hearts. He aimed it at the thing in the metal suit. The explosions were unappreciated and sent the slim feline hurtling backwards, rolling across the ground and struggling to get up, but in this time Bo had not been idle, the mist darting across the ground to behind Larion's feet where she reformed and unthinkingly reached out to try and grab his ankles.

Among her powers was the ability to warp metal that she was in contact of, which normally worked wonders with the metal gloves she wore, and in this situation she was planning to make the joints of the suit lock up. However she failed to anticipate that there were defensive measures in place.

The bolt took him by surprise, as it had seemingly come out of nowhere, and even then, something was darting behind him, too fast for him to follow. He'd later attribute the save to his defense Matrix. The energy field was made to take on heavy hits, and as soon as the pulse reached the armor, it pulsed out, sending much of the shock itself back out as back round electricity, or simply put, static.

Coincidentally, the second Feline had made the unfortunate attempt to grapple him at the same time, and as the Matrix pulsed, she was there to take the shock as it sought to disperse the electricity.

He'd been hit, paused maybe, but he was still active, and fired off another three rounds at Norrington, the armor giving off a hiss as it turned, stepping away from the interloper who made themselves a proximity hazard. His retort to this intruder, amounted to dropping a Pester Gas grenade at his feet.
