A solitary guy, he usually prefers to work alone. He is indifferent to most things, and is rather down to earth and relies on logical reasoning to make his decisions, thus leaving his alignment as True Neutral.

Description

-5' 6" in height and has a toned figure.
-He has medium lengthed black hair that covers part of his face at all times
-He has forest green eyes, however his left eye is blind and has a grey-ish hue with no pupil.
-He keeps himself fully clothed to hide the burn scars that run up his arms in a striped pattern, ending with a large mark on the center of his chest.
-Has a small collar around his neck he keeps on at all times due to sentimental value
-Covers forearm with bandages and wears glasses to improve vision on his good eye

Personality

-He is rather tense when you first approach him, as he does not know what motives you may have
-He usually acts calm, yet distant, for he doesn't like to get too close to others
-His alignment is True Neutral, but can change in certain situations
-He values natural balance rather than personal gain and has no use for unnecessary things.
-Though he seems level-headed, he is mentally unstable, and can break into fits of rage if provoked with certain key phrases
-Dislikes people with high status or extreme wealth

-Has a ninjato stapped to the back of his belt. Uses it for close combat
-A titanium plate strapped to his left arm with 5 daggers stored within a hidden compartment that can be used as projectiles or dual wielding weapons

**He can only control fire he creates, and can cover opponent in fire without burning them unless he chooses to do so.

Abilities
-Hypertension: Temporarily nullifies damage taken, but suffers accumulated pain once his body relaxes, leaving him vulnerable and the primary cause to his weakness with electricity. Cannot be used in succession or it may cause permanent damage on the user.
-Feral Mode: Can be activated only under a full moon, or when provoked to a breaking point. Speed and Strength doubles, but disregards surroundings and focuses all power on one target, be it friend or foe. Cannot use skills, and has no recollection of what happened after he regains control. Hypertension loses negative effect when in this state.

History

Constantly on the road, Muro goes from town to town, picking off jobs he comes across to satisfy daily needs such as food and shelter. After being betrayed by a close friend, he was forced to escape from his home and distrust anyone until proven otherwise. He helps those that deserve it and repays kindness to others that show kindness to him. Since then he's been roaming across the world, tending to prolong his stay in areas that provide hospitality, or are in need of assistance. He normally goes with the flow, making some people question his motives and his beliefs, while others label him as an enemy due so his neutrality when it comes to choosing sides.
