Description

Image

Name: Parson Lessard
birth name: Parson Brandon Waters
Age: 10
Birthday: August 31
Turned: September 22
Height: 3' 8"
Reason: Malnourished for several years of his life, stunting his growth severely. Plus his birth parents were both short people.
Weight: 45.5 lbs
Reason: slightly underweight Parson put on some weight before he was turned. Just enough that while he is lighter than he should be, he is not necessarily unhealthy.

Personality

Slightly sociopathic, but not much, so it's okay.

He fears frogs and insects, considering both disgusting animals. He also believes that the stray dog population would be dramatically decreased if he was simply allowed to practice his hobby of dissection on the animals.

Equipment

Shadow Step
Parson has the ability to step through the shadows in a form of teleportation. This requires a shadow big enough for the boy to fit in.

Touch of fatigue
A necromantic cantrip, this fledgling necormancer’s first ability is to simply remove a small amount oflife energy from an animal or person, and to cause them to be slightly more tired. This lasts for three rounds.

Ghoul's Touch
Causes localized paralysis of the area touched. Lasts four rounds.

Drain life
It drains the life out of something, and transfers it to Parson. He could use it to heal injuries, like feeding on blood would give him strength, only more potent immediate affects. Effects are immediate.

Necromancer's Knife
Stolen from his mother, this knife has the ability to dehydrate if left inside of flesh for very long.

Cheap Red Lighter
Given to him for his protection, Parson has the ability to summon his mother's hellbeast Scamp by flicking this on.

Parson has a very curious hobby of animal dissection. As such, he keeps a dissection kit in a black doctor's bag, along with a few extras.

Dissection kit:
Surgical scissors, iris scissors, tissue forceps, scalpel handle,
scalpel blades, probe with angled tip, dissection needles, dropping pipette,
dissecting pins, rigid metal ruler, and case.

History

It didn't take long for Parson's first family, his birth family, to realize something was wrong with their boy. No matter how they disciplined him, he seemed hell bent on being cruel to everyone about him. A bully and a brat all in one, Parson could not have told you much about his family, other than he hated them.

So he took care of them, as they slept. The actions could have landed the young boy in jail, for murdering his parents and his baby sister. But he ran away after the crime, taking to the streets with ease. It wasn't long until he ended up with a favorite haunt of sort. Gambit's Bar was dangerous, horrifying, and all around exactly what he needed.

There he met, and began to torture and torment, the girl who would be his new sister. It didn't take long after meeting the small twisted girl for him to meet Sanina, who would be his new mother. His new mother who was clearly no more in her right mind than the rest of the small family, as she carried around the skeletal remains of a young girl, whom she called Jezebell.

Parson, who could barely read, and was often a crude young boy, turned out to have necromantic powers, that his new mother 'Nina' began to teach him. He even slowly began to accept his sister Bethany, though he would never be nice to her, he would be nicer. It was to his advantage to be nice to his family after all, even if both sister and mother were touched.

What many do not realize about Parson is that he positively loathes his Aunt Kaitlynn. Not only does she think him weird at best, she also shows quite a bit of favoritism to his sister Bethany, at least in his eyes. With this loathing between them, it only made sense that, on a day when his aunt wasn’t quite herself, she turned Parson into a vampire.

Parson has since gained some sort of equilibrium and is a well known name in the human parts business, as he kills his people himself. He is wanted by the Wing City Police Department for an incident of blood which he slaughtered every single doctor on duty at Wing City General Hospital. While he was caught once, and put on trial, the boy was declared criminally insane and put instead in a High Security Institute meant for insane supernaturals. His mother was kind enough to break him out and Parson now lives not above Gambit's but in the same house as his grandfather and his mother.

So begins...

Parson looks to Kisa and nods. "I want to trade my dead rat for a drink." He says solemnly, before looking to Bethany Jane curiously. The boy moves a seat closer to her a leans over. "Your cat. It's dead. Did you kill it? I killed my rat. It was annoying me."

Parson stares at Behtany and shakes his head. "Your cat is dead. I bet you killed it." He tells her, very solemnly. "You shouldn't lie." He tells her, ignoring the fact that he lied rather a lot. "I bet your mother hates you." The entire time, his voice is calm and almost soothing in tone, despite his harsh words.

Parson shakes his head. "I don't think I will. I'm helping you, you see. Your cat is dead. Shall I burn it?" He asks quietly. "Then you'll know for sure. And I promise not to tie it up, just in case it really is alive. Which it's not." He tells her, searching his pockets for something to make fire with.

"I would love to burn it for you. It's called cremation. Like burial, but with fire."

Parson laughs as the little girl falls off her stool. "Shall I get you a new kitten. There's a box of them." He says, pointing to it. "I can even make ti always asleep like your dead kitten. I'll just break it's neck." He slips off his stool and walks over to the little girl, nudging her cat with his toe. "Or I can cut it open. I swiped some knifes earlier."

Parson crosses his arms. "Your stupid cat is dead. You're stupid." He tells her. "Like my stupid parents were stupid, so they had to go away." He points out, his voice still calm and soothing in tone. "I think you need to go away like they did. Permanently." He won't actually admit, even to himself, exactly why his parents 'went away.' Just that they did, and had been gone for several years.

Parson rolls his eyes, thoroughly unimpressed. What odd people. "That cats dead. You can't wake it up you crazy lady." He tells Sanina, mater of factly. "I think you must had escaped from the mental hospital." He informs her, rolling his eyes.

"He's dead and you are too stupid. A stupid little girl. I bet your mother hates you. Your father too. I bet he's a drunk man and hits you." He tells her, believing it now.

Parson snorts, growing more upset as they both start to ignore him. He shakes the stool Bethany is sitting on, just to be mean. "Your stupid cat is dead, stupid. The Stupid old lady probably gave you a dead cat!" He yells, wanting to go back to having attention on him.

How dare they ignore him! Didn't they realize how important he was?

Parson stares at the moving cat and at Sanina, then looks between the two. "I dunno who you are lady, but that's nice. And you're going to teach me how to do it, or I'll call the police and tell them you're my aunt and you beat me daily." He says, his voice perfectly calm and soothing. "And that you kill small animals for fun." He takes his rat off the counter and shows it to her. "Ones like this."

He leaves Bethany alone for a bit, though he is still quite convinced she's a crazy little kid.

Parson walks into the bar form upstairs, and bloody knife in one hand and a dead kitten in the other. This one, he had determined. His new mother would not revive. Though she had yet to explain how. Now this one he was going to properly dissect. Even if he had to do it down here.

Let's see her revive it have he had cut off it's head and took out it's brains!

Parson places the cat down on the counter a,d breaks it's legs. Not the the kitten could feel it, as it was dead, but he rather wanted to break them. For now. The twisted boy sips at his milk, as good boys drank milk, and he quite believed her was good, and eyed the kitten. What shall he do to it next?

Parson makes up his midn and begins sawing one of the legs, off, his knife not quite strong enough to simply sheer the leg off entirely. Maybe he could filch one of his new mom's. then seemd like good knifes. Not rusted, or dented, like his was.

Parson looks up at Symphony Balldesa and beams, putting on the sweetest mask he had. "Hello miss! I want to be a doctor when I grow up!" He lies perfectly, seeming enthusiastic about the idea. "So I'm seeing how this cat's body is put together!" The truth. That one was the truth. "I figure, that can't be too different right? I found it outside, and thought, now's my chance!" A double lie. He was ten, not stupid.

But it all seemed so sincere, and he was such a good liar. Most wouldn't know.

Parson finishes with the leg and methodically lays it down next to the kitten corpse. "No thank you. I don't have the money to buy anything but my milk." Though he might steal one later, if they really do see kitten models to dissect. "Hey how come you're not wearing much." There. That would knock herfor a loop. The boy cuts into the other leg calmly, applying all the force he could.

Oh yes. He needed a new knife.

Parson finishes his milk and looks up at the man behind the bar. "You! Bartender! I would like some more milk please." He says, remembering he is trying to be a charming little boy. "And I live about it, with my mother and sister. I do not like my sister."

On searching for a reason, he quickly hit upon the most obvious one. "She's a girl. and a pest." He finishes cutting off the other fore paw of the kitten and calmly starts to work on the hind paws. Surely Sanina would be unable to fix this kittne like she had Bethany's.

It would stay dead. He had made it so.

Parson looks up at Assassin and decides to take his advice. But it would be a bit yet before he could catch and kill a human, being only ten.

Lovely advice though. He finishes the first hind leg and place it next to the other two legs, carefully lining it up just so. Then the boy, after taking a sip of his milk, starts on the fourth and final leg.

He needed a better knife before he went after Humans anyway.

Parson looks to Symphony as he finishes cutting off the last leg. He would do the tail last. After the head. For now though, the boy made a y shaped incision on the cat's chest. He had read about that.

"I'm not done with it. I'll bury it when I'm done." Or rather, he would put it in his sisters bed and hope she screamed. The little pest. She would learn he was the more important one.

Parson shrugs and slowly carefully removes each organ from the kitten corpse, lining each one up in neat little rows. It had taken a hard bash from the hilt of his knife to break open the kitten's ribcage and remove those organ, but he had managed.

No heart, no heart! The little kitten had no heart?!

He had taken it.

Parson has finished with the organs. Well most of them. Cutting the eyes of the cat out required skill and finesse. And, the boy though ruefully, a better knife.

Yes he was definitely going to steal a better one.

For now, he did a messy job of cutting cutting out the eayes, and he cut off the ears as well, laying them out extra neat. Just two more things. Two more things and the twisted boy was finished.

Parson follows his 'little sister' into the bar, clearly pleased with himself. The dismembered cat had been his work. He was particularly proud of it in fact. If questioned however, he'd deny the entire thing.
