Before Rida could continue to speak, Rahuna butted in.

"I am Rahuna Kell, and this is Rida Galimas. We're both from the planet Misrana, though we do not represent it as a whole," explained the woman, settling down into one of the chairs slowly. "I am a...technician, of sorts. And a navigator. He is our...cap...tain..."

Rida sneered, looking away from both women.

"You'll have to forgive me if I speak very simply, for we do not speak your language and are using translators, but...we wanted more information on this planet, and who you all are, and why, exactly, you have the urge to help us. Strangers."

She had been following the tablet she had been able to salvage from the Arrowhead. It was a prized possession, with more terabytes and precious saved data than the common Terran computer. And it was just a piece of glass stuck to a small holographic device at the side.

"Lets see...what...are you?" the Euro-Indian woman asked the tablet, tapping at a flashing light on the map. "You can't be another Arrowhead...could you?"

Rahuna saw a red light grow on the tablet, and a small beep sounded in her ears, as though to warn her about something. The woman looked up, slowly and quietly approaching the...

...ah. So it was a ship. But it certainly wasn't one of their own. That was very far from a Misranan ship.

"...what...are...you?"

Rahuna was a skinny, willowy woman who wore nothing but a shalwar kameez, in other words, a traditional East Indian outfit. She had nothing else on her except the tablet.

She put her hands up, eyes widening, as the gun was pointed at her.

"Oh, bother."

The woman took a hesitant step backward, mouth opening in a very slight gape.

"I...am Rahuna Kell. I've only just come here recently. I am foreign to this place. I'm sorry if I'm somewhere I shouldn't be. I was simply exploring. Ah...you...are...?"

Emma Rachna. Already placed into her memory banks.

As she put away the pistol, Rahuna sighed in relief. She thought that was the end of her. It wasn't right to be exploring alone. She should have asked the Captain to follow, but...

"So that makes us both foreigners. I suppose I don't feel so..." she chuckled, "...alien anymore. Though I don't feel very different from many of the people here."

"Oh, really? Where I'm from this Terra is...well, it's a threat, like every other planet in this universe. And out of it, really." she told her. She looked up at the Liberty, studying it closely.

"Amazing. What do you call this?" she asked, gesturing to the machine.

"Angel machine. Angels...I've heard of those, but I'm afraid I'm not so versed in religion. Are they, perhaps, the same winged beings that come from above? Rather, are they based from such beings?"

"Absolutely magnificent. So you do not know the manufacturers of the machine? You simply found them?"

Rahuna was so filled with questions, so hungry for knowledge, that Emma would likely be stuck answering them for a while.

"...Liberty." Rahuna breathed. Righteous name. Something the rebellion was trying to achieve upon her planet.

"Do you know, perhaps, why it's called that?"

"I see. Is she inhabited by a spirit, or is it an AI?" came her next question. Speaking machines certainly weren't strange things to Rahuna! Upon Misrana every bit of technology seemed to contain life.

"I see. I am interested in these files. Are they, ah...paper, or digital?" asked Rahuna. "What other things do you do that isn't aiding in war or doing jobs with...security?"

As the woman spoke, Rida had found a pen on Stryfe's desk, and had begun to flick it skillfully between his fingers. He had not paid any attention. Not one bit.

Rahuna smacked Rida's arm just as he managed to flick the pen into the air about a foot, spinning. He jolted and fumbled with the item madly. "...hey! What-"

Rahuna gave him a short glare before speaking to Stryfe. "How much do you cost to hire? A good amount of you. For purposes such as corporate espionage and soldiers in a war? I...our planet; we live on Misrana. We're having a civil war, there. We've only just been able to escape, but-"

"-we didn't run away!" growled Rida, cutting her off. "We didn't escape. We were sent on a mission."

As Rida sat at the bar and abandoned her, the woman was pitifully lost. She wiped her hand down her face and sighed. She would not talk to him anymore. She was far too mad. Her eyes swept around the bar for anyone she might recognize. She doubted there would be anyone, but-

...those were Invictus members, weren't they?

With the urge to herd around some sense of familiarity, she walked, in a beeline, towards the Ripper's group.

"...if I'm correct, I've seen you all at the Palace before, yes?"

"Rahuna Kell. Ah...vice captain of the Melliat, though I believe you all know us more familiarly by 'those aliens who crash landed in the city yesterday,'" she replied with a half smile. "As...badass misfits, what role do you achieve in the Invictus...?"

"-you don't have any respect for me or your crewmates whatsoever, you're irresponsible, you're disgusting, you've been leaving bits of food all over the ship in odd places either for Malku to pick up and eat or for it to rot, THEN for Malku to eat, which you know he can't be doing so much because he's starting to get fat, you have no knowledge of how to direct your officers and yo-"

"-yes, I understand, mother." whined Rida as his assistant, Rahuna Kell, droned on about duties and responsibility and...being...a captain...

Only one of which he actually cared about, but not at this time. "Listen, can you...at least...just hold on until we get out of here? I really don't need you riding my ass about everything I've been doing wrong!"

"Would you like me to tell you about what you've been doing right, then, Galimas? Captain?"
"Knock yourself out."
"Oh, well, you did a good enough job of that, didn't you? When you crashed our ship."
"I thought I told you that was in the past, now! We got it fixed, didn't we? Get off my back, lady!"
"We still have yet to tell the Invictus abo-"

Before Rahuna could finish, Rida Galimas, her captain, abandoned her once again to sit at the bar and drink away. Rahuna fumed, but right as she was about to storm over to the man, her eye caught several familiar individuals. "Oh! Team Ripper, aren't I glad to see you!"

"Well, I've quite had the fortune of not running into any Aschen at all! Actually, that's a bit of why I wanted to speak with you. Do you have the time? It might not be terribly quick, but I have an idea to propose to you. You've heard of the Misranans by now, haven't you? Yes?" She nodded hopefully, hands clasping in front of her as she looked at each face expectantly.

"I really hope you have, because it really has very much to do with just that."

"Well-!" Rahuna beamed up at them hopefully, a pleased smile widening across her features. "I believe that we might be of great service to you. I don't believe any of the Invictus realize how big of a crew we actually brought here. There are at least twenty, though I'm not allowed to release any exact numbers just yet. We have brought over osme of the most advanced technology from Misrana, which we...well...I...am eager to test here, on Terra. If we are allowed to...partner up with you all, we might have some interesting and beneficial secrets to trade. If we could give you a demonstration, I think your leaders, and the rest of you, might be extremely pleased."

"Weapons, vehicles...and other such things that is used in the inartistic event of demolishing one's enemy. That does interest you lot, yes?" She nodded again, and Rida, int he corner of the bar, snorted.

"And also, we have a great many members of our team that aren't exactly...well, they're not human. At all, really. Quite different, but they all have fantastic talents that I am sure you can use!"
