Codex Entry: Reyna Riversong - Abridged
Reyna Riversong. Proclaimed by the non-human species of
her homeworld as the sole sane human being living in it.
And seeing how the human norm seems to be bikini-armor
(even for males), tantric magic, evil cackling, phallic
substitutes, ridiculous exposition and stereotypes,
announcing your attacks out loud, random orgies and
limitless amounts of Narm she supposes she mostly agrees.
These things never made sense to her anyway.
Having been proclaimed a renegade by the humans because
of it, The former Rose Knight was determined to happily live
out the rest of eternity amongst the sensible races.
'Eternity' seeing how Elvish children and converts from other
races get baptized in the Sacred Spring of the Elves.
Unfortunately for Reyna though, she tends to be a bit cheap
about living expanses, and decided to buy the abandoned
house next to the Magic Academy. Turns out it was abandoned
for good reasons, number one BEING said Magic Academy.
Magical accidents happen all the time, and the house seems to
be unlucky hotspot number 1 for drawing in tempo-spatial spells.
Alas, at a mere 120 years of age she was left very confused, and
very displaced.
"Titania above, WHAT is this place?"
Sekaysu is the fifth planet from the Sekaysuan Sun, named Pamelaine. A name shared by the Leader of the Pantheon humans worship, a Goddess governing over Carnal pleasure. Roughly 120 sentient races call this place home.

Codex Entry: Rose Knights
A Rose Knight is a human who is capable of communing with the Spirits of Nature to empower a weapon. These pacts are often of the elemental variety, with the elements of fire, water, earth, wind, wood, metal and lightning being standard. This does not mean it is restricted to those seven elements though. They are typically associated with the Temple of the Rose.
Well-known Rose Knights include Deliah Rose, William Dawnweaver and the disgraced Reyna Riversong, who have contracted the King of the Woods, the Spirit of Light and the Prince of Water respectively.
A Spirit Pact can be called upon in all reaches of the Universe, but if one were to theoretically leave those boundaries, they would have to commune with the Spirits of the new universe to form a new pact. These pacts stack, but only one can be active at a time.
Codex Entry: The Sensible Races
There are three types of races in the world. the non-sentient races, the Sensible races and humans, the non-Sensible race. The second encompasses pretty much all of the sentient races, safe for the exception already given.
Codex Entry: Baptism - The Elven Religion (STUB)
It might be a misnomer to call it the 'Elven Religion' as it is shared by most of the Sensible races, nevertheless, Elves were the first race around (safe for the Gods) and it was their religion, before it started to spread to others, so some still call it that.
Life after death
Common consensus of Life after death is that people reincarnate. Heroes too follow this path, although unlike most, they leave a remnant of their life, death and soul behind. They burned brightly, but new lifes can't handle the strength of said fire, so it must be left behind. The Gods elevate these bright remnants, so that they may light the path in the world's dark hours. These are the stars. In practice they are both a memorial for their life, as well as a status symbol for the family of the Hero in question.
Baptism
If someone converts to the Elvish Religion, they might be offered the chance to be baptized. This means they, along with the elves who have come of age get to bath in the Sacred Spring of the Elves, which is said to be formed from the tears of the God of Beauty Illumis, when the first Elf began to wither of age before him. When a person bathes in it, they gain an eternally youthful countenance.
Codex Entry: The Sacred Spring
Known to some Otherworlders as the Fountain of Eternal Youth. The Source of Elvish Immortality.
