Abilities:
Whisper - Able to call upon shadow and spirit to briefly confuse the opponent, providing time for Rin to get an edge in on an attack.
Trajectory Manipulation - Can alter the path of a standard lead-based bullet using dark energies, able to either deflect or perfect the aim of a fired or incoming bullet.
Shadow Step - Just as it sounds. However, there must be a shadow present in order for Rin to complete the Step.
Flash Flame - With the help of her lighter, Rin can create sudden, short-lived bursts of flame that could injur the opponent if at close enough range. Mostly used as a distraction.
History
Rin was born to a single mom, who made her living creating and selling love potions on the streets and through more popular media. While the business was somewhat of a hoax, it was successful, and Rin was able to complete her education like any other kid. Though, while it was plain that she wasn't your typical adolescent, she passed with flying colors, eventually getting into the police academy before moving on to the MCU.
Her first partner, a man known as Mauve, was killed in the line of duty, and she finds herself with a new partner from hell.
