Personality

Xeon is best known by his coordinates as a calm and collected tactician. His actions are based on his logic, and nearly all words that he says are meaningful. Of course, the meaning of these words often gets obscured since he loves to spew out lots of words at once. He also has quite a good sense of humor, although he almost never put it to use.

Generally, he looks rather serious. If you get to know him though, you'll see that he's actually more expressive than you think. He's definitely not Mr. Pokerface and he can't really gamble.

Decisive, Xeon usually leads the JSC with precise and carefully timed decisions and plans. And he's also careful and mindful, resulting in lots of backup plans.

Though he rarely go to the front lines now, he was once an ace on the field, and still is. When he comes to handle things personally, almost everyone knows that it means things have gotten serious.

Despite all of those, he's actually afraid of ghosts, and he loves to collect plushies.

Equipment

He has the power to generate and manipulate electricity, which was tailored into his genes by the Genesis corporation as Uriel Types are made for infiltration and sabotage. This allows him to use lightning bolts and shockwaves as a default method of attack.

Combat armaments :
- Head : special multi-purpose GC mask fitted with HUD display, air filter, and night vision
- Body : special GC combat suit made out of nylon fiber reinforced with carbon nanorods capable of softening the impact of a 8.5 mm bullet from being a killing blow into a bruising one. Fitted with lots of pockets so that the wearer may bring lots of gear into the battlefield. His is sleeveless to grant more freedom in moving, since it's somewhat restrictive to the arms.
- Shoes : Special GC combat boots made with titanium alloy reinforced with carbon nanorods fitted with miniature photon manipulators that react to kicking motion by projecting a blade of light on impact.
- Weapons :
1. Photon manipulators. A pair of devices shaped like a bracelet with a pistol-like barrel attached on top. Capable of manipulating light for attack and stealth. Attacks by projecting a blade of light, or firing bursts of laser-like beam. Capable of rapid firing for a limited amount of time before overheating. Powered by lithium ion battery, just like your cellphone. Easily rechargeable and changeable.
2. Desert Eagles, two of them. He usually carries at least one for self defense, and always carries both when using his combat suit for secondary weapons. Usually has 4 spare magazines with him, which totals to 42 rounds.
3. Uriel seraph wings prototype. It was meant to be Uriel's wings, but Xeon took it with him in his escape. Used for aerial combat and is capable of charging a massive laser beam. Too bad the laser is powered directly by Xeon's own electricity generating abilities, which means that one shot is enough to drain him.

Note that these combat armaments are not available when he's not in his combat suit. When wearing his casual clothing, he has to resort to his electrokinesis and his powerful legs.

History

Arch-ANGEL (Advanced Nano Genetically Engineered Life) prototype number U-AP.6.93.1, Xeon Radn, was one of the twelve final prototypes for the twelve Arch-ANGELs, super soldiers beyond everything that has ever been made before. He was the predecessor of Aron Helios, the Uriel-type Arch-ANGEL.

Perhaps before we start explaining about the man himself, we should start with the place of his birth. The Genesis Corporation.

The Genesis Corporation, a massive multinational corporation specializing in genetics and pharmaceutical research. Up front, it sells beauty products, medicines and drugs, and contributes a lot to the medical community by sharing its advances in genetics and nanotechnology.

Behind the veil of the mega-corp, the Genesis Corporation is a horrid place of human experimentation and torture. Its founder, Joshua Keith, has a dark ambition. It was to create an army so powerful that it will be able to topple nations within days. To achieve that, he started human experimentation.

Enhance their muscle power, increase their brain power, make their digestion more efficient.

Of course, lots of experiments were dead. Some mutated into horrid monsters. Others slowly killed by their own bodies.

But then, finally, a perfect combination was achieved. After years of trial-and-error, the research team finally created the first super soldier.
The first ANGEL.

From then on, the experiment went without a hitch. They included genes and cells from animals to enhance the ANGEL's capabilities. Torpedo ray within the muscles to generate electricity, telescopic bones reinforced with carbon nanorods to perform as hidden blades, tentacles sprouting from the back, and many more. Even more, they were then injected with nanomachines to help regenerate any damage done to the body.

Then they started to specialize themselves into types.

There were 12 of them, each named after an arch-angel. As of now, only 4 types are operational though.

1. The Michael.
Assault type ANGELs, their enhancements are focused on making them better soldiers on the frontlines, such as low-superhuman strength and highly stable arms to fire their guns accurately. Their wing equipments are used as a method of transportation and a tactical shield.

2. The Raphael.
Medic type ANGELs. Has more nanobots within their body and is capable of rapid regeneration. They are also capable to excrete painkillers from their fingers and, oddly, their saliva. Their wings are capable of transforming to a (very complete) set of surgery tools, complete with a disinfectant dispenser.

3. The Uriel.
Recon type ANGELs. Tuned for extra speed with their powerful legs. They're given the power to control electricity, and are trained to hack computers by directly manipulating the electric currents within the circuits. Their wings are boosted Michael wings with no shield, but are equipped with flashlights and cameras.

4. The Azazel
Sniper type ANGELs. Has even more accuracy in firing compared to Michael types, but are considerably weaker. Also has heightened senses, especially eyesight, and are given a night-vision mode taken from a cat's eye. Their wings are equipped with a shield generator and a pair of automatic guns to protect them in close quarters combat.

As you might have guessed, Xeon here is the prototype for the Uriel Arch-ANGEL, which means he's in more than one ways special. He's one of the most powerful Uriels ever spliced, second only to the Arch-ANGEL himself. He also has most of the experimental weapons such as the proto-Arch-uriel wings and the photon manipulators.

Well, when they finally spliced Uriel (coded U-AC.7.12.3 , christened Aaron Helius), they noticed an alien code within Xeon's genes, something that they had not planted within him.

He was a defect.

Given a death sentence, Xeon decided to break free before they could kill him. That was a night Genesis would never forget. Xeon took half of the facility down before falling into the raging seas, halting the experiment on most ANGELs, which is why Genesis had only managed to create 4 out of the planned 12 types. Xeon himself thought he was falling to his death.

He did not die. Not yet.

By miracle, at least it was a miracle for him, he woke up on a ship. A military ship. Owned by the JSC.

The rest are confidential, but he did join JSC shortly after that.
