Description
A fairly young adult; mid-twenties. Stunning hue's, affected by Heterochromia. This brings one optic to hold a stunning, tranquil, sapphire hue to it; whilst the other is fiery, sunburst, orange. Due to this fact, Yuuta chose to base his clothing on this, opting to seem unique with dual-colored outfits. A Black vest over a dual-colored, sapphire, sunburst, jacket. The only thing more odd, and startling, is the fact that he manages to pull it off without hardly a word spoken about it.
His hair is a heavy onyx black, almost seeming to consume light itself; though it is merely an illusion of course. Beyond that; the rest of his clothing appears to be normal. Onyx back pants; with Shinobi-styled footwear; combat 'sandals' of you wish to call them that.
Personality
Yuuta holds a fairly down to earth, average, persona. His demeanor is wonderfully cheerful. He's sociable, understanding, and inviting. He tends to seem humerous at times; though he is more-so calm and collected. Very rarely does he show a temper; it's as if he holds no negativity to him. His polite mannerisms almost seem to make him prominent, though he is far from such a thing.
Equipment
Yuuta favors hand to hand combat; a trait that has nearly killed him in past instances until he began to excel at the art of it. Now, he is nearly flawless, with only a few instances of mis-timed, or mis-placed, actions. He holds a strong dislike to murder/death towards others, and attempts to avoid it at all costs. He holds the fact true that each life is precious; no matter how rotten the core. He also believes that one receives what they deliver; thus should he kill, he believes that the time would come that he, too, would succumb to death.
Beyond hand to hand skills; he does, with dislike, carry a few accessories for battle. Shuriken and Kunai, for instances that call for measures beyond hand to hand combat. Aside from that, he carries a single, elegant, Katana. Miraculous in design, it is flawless in its creation. The blade is sturdy, yet light, as well as razored thin on the edge. Though, with his beliefs, it is merely used for a more ominous appearance; in order to deter thoughts of battle with him. His skills with it are above-average, though not perfected. He is still learning, of course.
Dipping into his bloodline, though, he holds two strange abilities. The ability to harness the element of Water; and Lightning. Each eye is dedicated as a seal to strengthen these abilities. Using these techniques without activating his eyes (Either, or, or both) gives him fairly average damage; and precision, with the techniques. Upon activation of a single eye; the eye activated in regards to the elemental type are dramatically increased; giving flawless accuracy, deadly timing, and consequential results. Upon activation of both eyes; both attributes are insanely increased; resulting in cataclysmic results.
History
Yuuta was born into a village known as Kumogakure. He was brought into the world by two fairly prominent parents; each dedicated to a different Chakra nature. His father harnessed Raiton. His mother harnessed Suiton. Rather than gaining either of them separately, he was imbued with both. This made him a very potential Shinobi in his youth.
It came about that a world war ensued; both of his parents coming up missing. Rather than dwell on it; he decided upon the goal of searching them out, and saving them. As the years passed; he grew in his ranks; coming upon Jounin at a mere age of sixteen. Further time passed, though, and at long last, he discovered that his parents had been killed by one of the waring countries. This deeply disturbed him. Rather than grow cold, and depressed; he dedicated himself to becoming an instructor, and mentor, to the children of Kumogakure.
By the age of twenty-two; Yuuta came about the title of Sannin. His rigorous continuation of training his body brought about enlightenment, and unrivaled strength. He came to be nearly flawless; a legend. But, he was not perfect. Though a Sannin, he still makes mistakes, just like everyone else.
So begins...
Yuuta Kato had stumbled upon Wing City earlier. With a bewilderment unbound, he wanders the city, before coming upon the bar known as Gambit's. With a lift of his brow, he comes to enter the building; viewing violence before him. Rather than make a fuss; he instead sighs. This bar was not unlike the various ones he'd been to before.
Coming to stride into the establishment; he comes to a standstill as a weapon of sorts happened to be fired.
"..."
Yuuta Kato sighs once more, taking a glance about the establishment as he seemingly disregards the petty violence happening. With a single motion, he runs his fingers through his onyx black hair before taking a seat at a table to watch from afar...
Yuuta Kato spies a simple girl make her entrance. Hm; odd, in that fleeting moment, she seemed flawless in appearance. Should he speak? Or should he remain. Alas; decisions decisions. Deciding upon a more...subtle approach, he merely awaits a moment in which she'd see him; offering a mild wave of his hand in hello.
Yuuta Kato was rendered speechless by that smile; though he'd not allow it to deter him from making an introduction. Placing his hands upon his knee's, he takes to his feet. Simply smiling, he takes steady strides to bring himself to the bar, next to her. He didn't choose to sit, right away, though, thinking it possibly rude. Rather, instead, he places both forearms upon the bar-counter, taking to a slight lean.
"Is this seat....possibly...occupied?" He softly asks, with a charming smile of his own; his dual-colored hue's glancing upon her.
Yuuta Kato is still at his table, head down, bored out of his wits...
Yuuta Kato slips in right after the man who'd kicked in the door. Pretty convenient eh? He thought so. Glancing about, he simply shrugs. A few more patron's in here now, though. Possibly a good thing, so to speak. With a blink of his dual-colored eyes, he comes to take a seat at a random table; looking about in mild interest...
Yuuta Kato overhears speak of the infamous Vegeshin Kanahashi. His eyes quiver for a second before he instantly resorts to eavesdropping. Indeed, he knew well of the violet haired warrior; though what he knew was merely of legends. In any case, he knew the mans boy Vexion quite well; as Vexion was the one to have trained him in his own youth...
Yuuta Kato frowns at the sudden things going on between the male and female that spoke of Vegeshin. Curiosity grasped him heavily, and rather than sitting there listening anymore, he took to his feet; intruding.
"I believe I heard one of you speaking of Vegeshin. Would that be Vegeshin Kanahashi? Merely curious." He says...
Yuuta Kato *Veji was indeed in the room she was in front of?*
Yuuta Kato bows gracefully, before righting himself once more. He gives a delicate smile, before extending his hand.
"I am Yuuta Kato; from Kumogakure. A pleasure to meet you..." he says with a further smile.

Yuuta Kato frowns at the sudden words of this other man. Cheating on Vegeshin Kanahashi? That...would...definitely not go over well...
Yuuta Kato rarely took his time to grace Wing City; and it's lovely establishment known as Gambit's; but on this eve...he simply could not resist. Sadly, though, as he arrives; he takes a single glance upon the building, noting the sudden reconstruction.
"Oh, how aweful. I wonder what befell this place..." He states; making a swift entrance. Looking about, he nods, noting the coming improvements, before taking a seat at a table...
Yuuta Kato remained at his table; blinking at the onslaught his ears seemed to be receiving. Death? What a horrible thing to speak of. Terrible; simply terrible. Death was something best left to avoid; if there was a choice. The only welcomed death...was that of natural death; or...well, so his morals had him believe and follow.
Music, though, music was a wonderful topic to speak of...
Yuuta Kato notes the female who had chosen to seat herself next to him. With a quick glance; his dual colored optics; due in part to Heterochromia, land upon her. With a delicate; and charming white smile, he beams a bit.
"Why, hello. A pleasure to meet you...." he states gently.
Yuuta Kato gently allows his delicate hand to grasp her own. With a slight bow; his manners force him to ever so gracefully place his lips upon the top of her hand, before he leans back. "A pleasure, Aerilyn." he states with a smile, before softly releasing her hand.
"My name is Yuuta Kato." He then adds with a blink of his dual-colored eyes.
Yuuta Kato blinks, and then tilts his head. A difficult time hearing? This saddened him slightly. The poor girl.
"I see. I am truly sorry for such an inconvenience to you..." he states...
Yuuta Kato smiles, and then nods. Wow. He wasn't to familiar; but his current knowledge took that as one who could utilize the air itself; bending it to do the beings will.
"That is absolutely interesting. You possess the ability to...control airflow?" He inquires. He knew others with a similar ability. But, he himself, was no ordinary being. He couldn't utilize air; but he could use Suiton, and Raiton. Water, and Lightning.
Yuuta Kato gently tilts his head once more; his jet black locks so dark, they seemed to absorb the light as it connected. His vivid eyes search her for a second, before he nods.
"Yes, that would be a good thing. What happens if you do lose your cool?" He inquires.
...He too had to keep his cool; for if he should lose his temper....terrible things happened.
Yuuta Kato nods. Well; that was indeed catastrophic. Perhaps he'd have to enlighten her in his own faults.
"That is indeed frightening. In my case; I bring about horrid flooding; and lightning storms that flood the skies; and pierce the earth..." he states with a sigh...
