The Bulwark follows standard Terran Military ranks. However no one in this large unit is above Sargent, or even remotely important. This is sort of like how Old World Russia used to send people who messed up to Siberia, but worse.

Primary Tech: Whatever works. Aside from the standard issue, heavily plated Garrison Liberation Entry Unit Mk.III armour, weapons and other things have to be provided by each soldier. This leads it to being a mix of old, obsolete military tech from almost every other major faction to ever touch down on Terra.
