Description
The Crimson Guild is a society of Pokemon led by a Chimchar named Crimson. He's not eccentric, he just likes the name. These Pokemon live under the principle of helping other Pokemon in need, exploring new, interesting, and unique areas, and defending the planet from the ones who will do it harm, typically on a non-human scale. They have stationed their base in the Pokemon Village in Kalos as it is secluded from human contact, yet rich and vital in Pokemon contact. They have another base on the same island that features the Pokemon Trainer Academy. This is known as the Sunrise Division and it is utilized for training. As of right now, their primary objective is to locate and take down the Psychic Rebellion, wherever they may be.
In relation to the other groups and organizations on Ruula, The Crimson Guild hasn't had much contact with many of them. Although having made no official allies, they have good relations with some members of the United Pokemon League. Otherwise, they tend to avoid human contact in general. They will likely stay away from Human Faction related conflicts unless the entire planet is at stake.

Continuous Events
Teams Tournament: An annual tournament held in the Pokemon Village Arena. Pokemon form up in teams of 2-4 (typically in the teams they are formed with in The Crimson Guild although alliances are known to happen) and participate in a single-elimination bracket to determine who is the best Guild Team that year. Matches are formed through the team's ranking in the guild. If a group of Pokemon would like to enter but they aren't a part of the Crimson Guild, they can, but they will start at the lowest ranking and will likely fight the highest ranked members first. No independent team has ever won the Teams Tournament.
Ruula Champions Circuit: An individual Pokemon challenge that must be completed alone. One must declare they are doing the Ruula Champions Circuit before setting off to do so. When they do, they will be given a clue as to where the first challenger awaits. They must find this Pokemon somewhere in Ruula and defeat them in battle. Then, they will get their next clue as to where the next challenger is. They must complete all five challengers to complete the Circuit. The identity of the Champions in the circuit remain a mystery, although one thing is for certain: they are extremely strong. This challenge requires the ultimate skills, strategy, and strength to complete as they must do this without equipment to help them and they must do this alone. Completing the circuit places the contending Pokemon's name as a contender on the circuit, meaning they take the top spot as the last challenger on the circuit for anyone else who wishes to complete it. Meanwhile, the lowest spot, the challenger fought first on the circuit, gets eliminated from the circuit as a whole. WARNING: This challenge can only be taken once, so if you lose one fight, you will not be allowed to re-enter. Take this challenge when you're MOST PREPARED.
