Setting
A city district in the middle of a revival, zoning seems to have had little precedence within the district. Industrial and warehousing above pricey renovated lofts, brand new apartments, older homes and newer offices; leading an over all gritty, slightly disorganized feel to Ellum.
This part of the city does seem to resonate more with a younger set, with graffiti scrawled along concrete dividers and the walls of various businesses. It does however possess an active nightlife with a number of bars, clubs and entertainment venues. During the day though, Ellum possesses a very active business district with restaurants, and offices, with art galleries and exclusive shops scattered throughout.
Ellum also serves as home to the mythical MCU Headquarters - for those aware of its existence.
