Setting
Hidden within the forest on a remote island that houses the Pokemon Trainer's Academy, the Crimson Guild houses a training facility of their own. This special division of the guild is named the Sunrise Division, after the clan that lived there before. Very young members of The Crimson Guild go there to learn the policies of the Crimson Guild as well as some of the basics in Pokemon livelihood, like information about berries, battle, strategy, team formations, and how to navigating the treacherous mystery dungeons that pop up from time to time.
The actual building is quite small. Upon entering, travelers would find a schedule posted on the left wall outlining the day's events. On the right, a leader board is tacked up, showcasing the rankings of the students, the best being on top of the list while the worst is on the bottom. Much like Exploration Team points, each team is given points for the tasks they complete and how well they complete them. The amount of these points determines how many Exploration Team Points they will begin with upon becoming official members of the Crimson Guild.
In the center of the room is a hole with a set of stairs going down it. The basement is much larger, spanning below a whole segment of the island. In it holds a kitchen, a few classrooms, and several dorms for the trainees to sleep in. To counter the dark atmosphere the tunnels have on the learning environment, the staff has built sunroofs that are hidden expertly from plain view above that cascade light from the outdoors, making the underground rooms a lot brighter.

Sheena the Weaville- Head of Battle Strategies and Combat situations.
Peggy the Staraptor- Head of Formation Strategies and leads an elite group of Flying-Types called the Sunrise Brigade.
Sarik the Squirtle- Head of Crimson Guild policies and Item usage as well as unorthodox methods in fighting.
Unix the Dragonite- Leads the Dragonite Transportation System, a network of Pokemon transportation across regions to deliver Pokemon to whatever destination they wish to go.

"To help, to explore, to protect." The Crimson Guild is a Pokemon run organization designed to protect Ruula from nefarious evildoers. This is their training facility a.k.a the Sunrise Division.
