I can fly you to the moon, honey. And together we can play among the stars.
Frankie grew up in a rough neighborhood, and as such developed a bit of a mean streak that lies hidden underneath sweet charm. He's talented at impressing girls and being a sweet talker, but this is contrasted by his ability to get as rough as he needs to get to make his point to his fellows. When he needs to, Frankie can be ruthless and cold, to the point where he is capable of killing without second thought. In most normal occasions though, he will remain relatively carefree and charming, but there are always those few extreme instances which will manage to set off a veiled but explosive temper.
In terms of equipment, Frankie has his clothes, tap shoes and his Walkman. As a Music Master, he is proficient with the following songs:
Song Effects (must have exactly 5):
Never, Never Gonna Give You Up by Barry White: This song effect will only function underneath a night sky. Using it in daylight will result in no effect at all even after the process of Harmonization. Under the night sky however, this effect manifests as two huge disembodied gloved hands that hover up above the Frankie's head. The hands are mostly the color of the sky and filled with the images of distant stars. They are extraordinarily durable and capable of lifting up to forty tons. Frankie controls the hands with his own hand gestures, though this is a voluntary action based on if he actually wants to control the hands or not. When not in use, the hands will simply follow Frankie, floating above him and doing nothing. (Sentinel Effect)
New York, New York by Frank Sinatra: This song effect allows Frankie to manifest a silver cane is as light as feather in his grasp but becomes impossibly heavy when anyone else attempts to lift it. The cane's effect goes off in response to any time he taps a beat with his shoes; each tap causes the cane to let loose a trumpet-like blast from its walking end. The blast is a bright yellow in color, takes the form of a energy construct taxi, and has enough force to smash apart a brick wall. (Projection Effect)
That Lady By The Isley Brothers: This song effect gives Frankie the ability to manifest golden orbs of energy that can thrown in the fashion of a baseball. The orbs cause no damage upon contact with an individual; for a male target, they will produce a hyper-realistic illusion of a beautiful woman based on the target's personal fantasies. The difficulty of breaking out of the illusion is different for each target. For women, this song effect is far less effective, relying on illusions of jealousy rather than attraction. (Projection Effect)
Last Dance By Donna Summer: This song effect puts a ruby aura around Frankie's body, and it ups his natural dancing ability to exceptional levels. The longer Frankie dances, the faster his movements and his reflexes become. If he dances for a straight two minutes, his body will retain heightened reflexes and speed for two minutes after he stops. This effect will only last as long as he βchargesβ it up for, but it has the potential to make him fast enough to dodge bullets, break the sound barrier, etc. (Projection Effect)
The Vulture By Labi Siffre: This song effect transforms Frankie into a humanoid vulture creature. He becomes armed with a vicious beak and sharp claws on his hands and feet, as well as an impressive wingspan. His flying speed can reach up to thirty miles per hour, and his new body becomes adapted to handling the lack of oxygen in high altitudes. The main drawback to this song effect is the fact that it gives Frankie a craving for dead flesh; one that he will sometimes attempt to satiate by trying to kill and consume his opponents. (Modification Effect)
