Ezra, Sam, and Monique's Story

"I told you! I want to play this piece! That piece is too classic!" Tori shouted as she stuffed some final clothing in her suit case.
"This Piece! Is a traditional Romance Classic. You will play it because it is beautiful and elegant!" Juliet said in frustration.
Once again Tori and Juliet were having an argument. They always fought and as usual Lydia was left sitting on the sofa sipping a glass of ice tea. She just smiled and breathed in and out calmly as they shouted back and forth. "Oh dear..." She said quietly as she set the glass of ice tea on the coaster that laid on the coffee table. They were in the apartment that Tori has.
Lydia slowly walked into the Tori's room where the battle was raging on. "Um, We are going to miss the plane if we don't hurry" She said quietly. "You're right Lydia, sorry, Let's get going. And you miss." Juliet turned around to face Tori once again.
"You will bring both pieces. You can practice both, but you will be playing the one decided by me." Juliet said sternly and turned away. Tori puffed and finished packing. Tori could have quite the temper some times, probably from being an only child and she was very rich. Although Juliet was very kind and tried to compromise the best she could with Tori, sometimes she too, would loose her temper. Juliet was very elegant. She was wore something beautiful with lots of accessories to go with her outfits. She usually wore dresses and her voice was very smooth and had a slight French sound to it. As Juliet walked away she mumbled, "Les enfants de ces jours!" (French: Children these days!) Tori sneered at her compliment and mumbled back. " Vieilles femmes ces jours!" (French: Old women these days!) Juliet stopped in her tracks and turned around. "I am not old!!" She pronounced. Another war was probably about to start but Lydia stepped in. "The cab is here! Let's go go~" She said grabbing her luggage and hurrying out into the cab. Tori and Juliet hurried as well. Most of they're instruments were going to be imported there. Once they got to the air port Juliet charmingly talk to the man about their requirements on the plane.
"She sure is two -faced." Tori sighed watching Juliet. "Really? I'd call it professional." Lydia smiled and patted Tori's back.
Tori just puffed air and smiled at Lydia. "Sorry to make you deal with all this" She chuckled. Lydia just shook her head delicately. "It's ok, at least it's always lively." She said calmly. Lydia and Tori chit chatted and laughed until Juliet came over and they all boarded the plane. Lydia made sure to sit in between Tori and Juliet afraid that they would be arguing the WHOLE way.
Most of the way Juliet read magazines and organized their schedules on a tablet. She was sort of like a mother figure to them, or perhaps a aunt, Although Tori would never admit it. Tori wasn't close to her mother at all. In fact, she despised her mother for many reason. But Juliet saw her potential and took her under her wing, just as she did with Lydia. The rest of the plane ride Lydia and Tori talked or slept. Then finally after a couple days they made it. They got out of the plane and into the airport, yawning and stretching. "Ugh finally!" Tori said happy to get on the ground again. "Yeah that was really long" Lydia said agreeing as they got their luggage. A man holding up a sign "Miss. Thorne" Stood awaiting them. They all met him and greeted him. His name was Jin and he was mostly Chinese with slight American. His English was perfect and so was his Chinese, giving that he lived back and forth from China and America for many years, he got excellent at both. He escorted them to the "Ramada Plaza" Where they would be staying at. They had quite the suite, requirements from Juliet. They made there way to the hotel room as various workers brought their luggage up. They had a small eating place though, much like the one resembling Ezra, Sam and Monique's. The men were able to import Tori's piano into their hotel room. They also had a piano in the lobby available for people to play on. Juliet bowed and thanked the men after all their luggage had been brought. She gave them a tip and they left. Jin stayed in room a the hotel too, it was one a little far away from theirs. Juliet thanked Jin as he left. "This is nicer than I thought." Lydia spoke up looking around. "Of course! Only the best for my girls!" Juliet smiled. "There's no bathroom?" Tori spoke up. "The bathrooms are in the hallway." Juliet stated. Tori wasn't too happy with that but didn't really mind. They were all jet legged and tired. Lydia and Tori stayed in the room with the two beds and Juliet stayed In the main one. They all fell asleep peacefully. In the morning they were a little groggy but were busying around. "Can we go shopping today? I want to buy a bamboo flute so bad!" Lydia said excited. "I'm sure we can" Juliet smiled.

She heard banging and looked over to see a guy in a towel who had apparently been locked out.
She stared and lifted her eye brow. "This is going to be a long trip, isn't it?" She sighed. She gave him another look like he was crazy and she walked back to her hotel room. She entered the hotel room looking like she was already fed up with the trip.
"Asians are weird." She stated shaking her head and walking back to her room. Juliet and Lydia laughed at her remark.
A little while later Tori was once again arguing about song pieces with Juliet. Lydia was watching tv and trying to drown them out. Tori got upset and left the hotel room. She marched into the lobby and tried to calm down. She sat at their piano and let her hands run along the keys slowly. Tori slowed down as she heard a guys voice close by. She looked him up and down.
'Isn't he that guy from earlier...?' She thought but didn't say anything.
"Thank you.." She said softly. "Of course not, my Teacher is 'Juliet Thorne' I'm here competing."
She said as she played. "You speak Chinese very well," She added in.
She had heard him talking to the man at the service desk.
'He looks slightly Chinese...perhaps he's a mix?' She thought as she played.
She finished her song and took a breath in and out, feeling better after playing.
She won a little bit of applause from the people sitting in the Lobby. She smiled brightly and bowed, thanking them.
She turned back to the boy. "My name is Tori Lambur," She stated. "You?" She asked.

Tori was surprised to hear he was competing, causing her to look him up and down again.
"Probably, she's quite famous. Who's your teacher?" She asked.
She shook his hand, "Yeah, same here." She said smiling.
'He looks about my age? He's kind of cute...' She thought loosing track of her mind until he spoke.
"Ah, No. I play the Piano, Clarinet, Flute, and Singing." She said calmly.
"What do you play?" She asked curiously. She was getting a bit more interested and excited.

"Oh yeah! I remember reading about him in some magazine articles.
Some people actually thought he died" Tori chuckled a little.
'He has a nice personality' She thought happily. "You're very skilled it seems"
She smiled. "Yeah it would, that's why you have to have talent." She laughed.
"Do you guys have any dinner plans? I know we just met, but
I thought it might be cool for our instructors to meet,
I'd also like to talk a little more" She asked and smiled.

"O-Ok!" She said waving him goodbye. 'I thought maybe that was his girlfriend...'
She thought a little embarrassed. Tori walked to her room and opened the door then shut it.
She was smiling and her eyes looked dazed as she walked around the room.
"Miss July! Someone casted a spell on Tori!" Lydia said as she watched Tori.
Juliet walked over and laughed watching Tori bump into things and not pay attention to anything.
"Perhaps she met someone.." Juliet chuckled happily.
Tori suddenly snapped out of it. "We have dinner plans!" She stated loudly.
Lydia jumped slightly. "What do you mean?" Juliet and Lydia asked.
"I met some guy who's competing with us! him and his teacher are meeting us for dinner in the lobby probably!" She said happily. "He might bring a friend too" She said excited.
Juliet was about to ask who his teacher was when her phone started ringing. "Who- Oh! It's my secretary" She said picking it up and talking business with her secretary. Lydia was happy for Tori as she continued looking over some flute pieces of music.

Tori was looking at her outfits, trying to decide what she should wear that evening.
Lydia took Jin and went out shopping around, seeing all the tourists spots.
Juliet was working as usual. She was on phone calls and typing emails on her lap top.
"Which outfit, this? or this? Oh! Or this?" Tori said frazzled as she held up various dresses.
"They all look wonderful Tori." Juliet said chuckling. "Don't worry! You'll do fine, it's just dinner after all. I know my ferocious Tori can handle it." Juliet joked. "I think I should be offended." Tori said but still laughed. Awhile later Tori was still looking at outfits.
"I think I finally worked out what to say to order our food.." Juliet said pushing a pen to her lips as she stared at her lap top screen. "Great!" Tori said not paying attention. "...Oh no, I just broke the tv.." Juliet said watching Tori. "Great!" Tori said looking at her outfits. Juliet laughed, 'yeah she is so zoned out.' She thought and giggled to herself. Juliet called Jin and asked him about what to say to order their food. Luckily their room had a menu but that still wasn't helpful since it was in Chinese. Jin decided to just call the hotel and order for them. All she had to do was pick It up, so Juliet thanked him and hung up the phone.
"I'm going to go get the food. Be good." Juliet said laughing and walking out the door. "Great...." Tori said rummaging through her clothes. Juliet strolled down to the lobby and stood at the desk waiting to get her food. She glanced at the piano and smiled.

Awhile later it was almost time to meet.
Not long ago Lydia returned from shopping.
She was beaming with happiness because she found so many unique things!
They all three started getting ready to go.

They all put on makeup and perfume.
Tori's perfume was of stronger flowers, like roses or Cherry Blossoms.
Lydia's perfume was flowery, but more innocent smelling, like daisy's or lily's.
And, Juliet's perfume was a mature woman, slight seductive smell.
They all gathered there things and waiting in the Lobby.

Tori smiled quickly as she saw Ezra. She tried not to blush at his appearance and especially tried not to sniff him because he smelled good. "Hey!" She said happily. "Yes this is my instructor!" Tori said smiling. Juliet smiled and shook his hand.
"Juliet Thorne. Nice to meet you." She said smoothly. Juliet was very professional and good at her job. She was also charming and very feminine. Juliet's eye's quickly widened as she saw Sam. '...it...it's him...' She thought a little speech less. 'I can't believe it! He's his instructor!!??' She thought astonished. "Sam? Sam Cordun?" She said surprised as she shook his hand lightly.
"Well, this is a surprise! I thought you dropped off the face of the Earth." She said in a slightly mocking tone but her accent helped cover it up nicely. She knew he would only know her from her famousness. After all whenever she went to his concerts she would usually wear a hoodie or something and she would be just another face in the crowd. Juliet looked him up and down.
"My, My." She said in a slight disgusted tone as she could smell the alcohol on him. Although it had a rather, intriguing aroma to it, she was just trying to point out anything she could.
Tori shook hands with Monique as well. [if you don't want her to you can change it],
"This is my friend, Lydia." Tori said gesturing to Lydia.
Lydia was very ladylike and gentle. She smiled happily. "Nice to meet you" She said shaking Ezra, then Monique's hand.

"No, I was just admiring your 'cologne'" She said still smiling brightly.
Tori glanced over and swore she could've saw lighting between Sam and Juliet.
Tori chuckled and brushed it off. She blushed at Ezra's words.
"Right, I also think I heard somewhere that being escorted by handsome
men would be considered proper." Tori smiled softly.
Lydia giggled watching them. 'How innocent,' She thought smiling.
"You're right perhaps, we should be off" Lydia said sweetly.

Tori and Juliet tried not to laugh as Ezra acted like the adult towards Sam.
"Yes I am, I major in the Flute. Are you as well competing?" Lydia smiled,
and walked out the door, thanking Sam. Juliet smiled happily, She was about to speak before Tori butted in.
"Sounds great!" Tori said hopping in the cab. "..Yes, sounds great." Juliet stated sighing underneath her breath.
'Dang it Tori!' She thought biting her lip before regaining her smile.

"So cool! I always thought the Violin was such a beautiful instrument." She said smiling sweetly.
Lydia nodded to Ezra's question as Tori answered it verbally. "Yep! Apparently people just swoon over her"
Tori said in a manor as if she was unbelieving that people did. Lydia spoke up,
"Tori and Juliet don't exactly, get along" She chuckled quietly.
"Not my fault! She just won't let me do anything for myself!" Tori spoke up.
Lydia just laughed as they rode there. "Anyway, how about you Ezra, I heard that Sam was really famous?
What happened?" Tori asked.
Juliet smiled, "Mhm..." She said waving them goodbye as they drove off.
Juliet gracefully climbed into the cab and sat down.

"Oh wow! How cool you helped him!" Tori said happily.
"That was so nice of you!" She said blushing a little bit.
Lydia nodded in agreement. As they rode she did a little small talk with Monique.
Juliet snickered at the drivers words, as if she was disgusted at the thought of them dating.
"Yes. Strictly. Professional." She stated again more clearly.

Tori blushed and smiled at Ezra.
'Awww!' Lydia thought happily. 'So cute!' She chuckled.
Lydia climbed out of the car and nodded waiting for Juliet and Sam.
Tori got out of the cab, "Thanks" She smiled to Ezra and agreed to wait.
Juliet smiled elegantly back, "I've been teaching Tori for 2 years, and Lydia for 1."
She stated. "How long have you been teaching Ezra and Monique?" She asked sweetly.

"Wow," Juliet commented on the 3 years. "I understand, Lydia is such a sweet heart, but as for Tori..."
Juliet sighed and trailed off. "She can have quite the temper, and gets upset when things don't go her way.
I wish we could be closer," She said sighing. "How about you with Monique? She seems to keep you in check."
She chuckled. "Juliet came to a contest that was being held in France. I was entered and although I didn't win, she saw potential so after the show she approached me. And from there on we've always been together" Tori smiled a little at the last part.
Lydia mouthed back, "I know right!" She smiled.

Juliet nodded in reply to Sam's words. She climbed out of the car and thanked the cab driver.
As well as saying a quiet 'thank you' to Sam for holding open the door.
Tori smiled and mouth 2 years. She kept her gaze on Ezra as Juliet walked up to them.
"Well are we ready to go?" She asked calmly. "Yes I believe so," Lydia answered.
Lydia watched Tori and Ezra and giggled quietly to herself.

"How kind of you" Juliet smiled and picked up a menu glancing it over.
Tori blushed, "I-It's alright" She said softly., picking up a menu and using it to hide her blush.
Lydia giggled at them. Lydia picked up a menu and decided what she wanted.
"This is a nice place," Lydia commented.

Tori, Juliet and Lydia all looked at each other.
"Aww come on! Do it, do it!" Tori cheered. Lydia clapped along and laughed.
Juliet laughed and clapped. "Wouldn't it be better to do it in front of us?
Show us what you got." She smiled. "I know your teacher can't do it, but I'm sure you can!"
Juliet smirked. Tori laughed "Yeah!" She pronounced.

"Wooo!" Tori shouted excitedly. "Yeah! Go!" She said cheering along.
'I can't believe he actually did it, how foolish and yet entertaining.' Juliet thought laughing quietly.
She figured that they were having a good time so she smiled and clapped a little.
Lydia cheered and clapped smiling without showing her teeth.
"Woo~" She said softly. The waiter came back over and The girls ordered their food,
then continued to watch them finish. [Change it if you don't like the waiter coming over lol]

Tori threw both her fists in the air, "Wooo! Good job!!" She said excitedly towards Ezra,
then cheered for Sam as well. "Bravo~" Juliet smiled and clapped delicately.
"I'm impressed, I didn't think you had it in you~" Juliet said in a slight mocking tone towards Sam.
Lydia smiled softly and clapped, happy for their success. Lydia noticed Monique's laugh
and thought it was very cute, but quickly turned her attention on the waiter as he came back, bringing them their food.
They laughed and ate, still talking about Sam and Ezra's victory on the food.

Tori smiled and talked to Ezra happily. 'He's so cool!' She thought to herself,
loving every minute that they got to talk. She laughed as they got know each other.
When Sam left Tori didn't much about it, just figuring he had work stuff.
Lydia ate her food quietly and listened to everyone's conversations happily.
In truth, her mind was actually on her new bamboo flute, and she couldn't wait to try it out.
Juliet ate her food gracefully. She noticed that Sam left but didn't think much about it.
"Welcome back," She sneered slightly. She drank her water and continued eating.
Even when she ate it looked elegant. Tori finished her food as well as Juliet did.
Lydia was a slow eater but finished it not too long after they did.
