Brief Personality Overview: Very suspicious of others, slow to trust, quick to anger. In truth, not a very good person to be around. If he thinks you are obstructing his goals, he will take you out of the picture.

Scars, Disfigurements, mental illness/psychoses: Beneath his robes, scars crisscross his body, the results of years of blood offerings to malefic gods. His smile is no longer his, it is more of a Glasgow Smile. His eyes are different colors, one red, the other yellow, and it makes people very uneasy around him. Mentally, he is quite intelligent, but he loves to cause pain to others, something that didn't go over well with the authorities.

Weapons and Personal Equipment: A tall staff, with a blade on one end (very similar to a nanigata). The blade is quite clean, given all the blood it's seen. He keeps a set of knives, collected over many years (really about 3-4), hidden in his coat. Other than that he wears a pair of black breeches, tall black leather boots, a grey tunic (slightly off colored with dried blood), and a long black cloak, with a hood he keeps over his head almost all the time.

Class: Hemomancer (Or so he thinks.)

Criminal History: Saro has been imprisoned (and subsequently escaped from) many charges, the greater number of which deal with slaughtering the innocent, practicing forbidden magics, and (many many many) charges of murder. He is quite good at escaping detection, and if it happens, detainment.

Brief Background: Saro was the son of an apothecary, helping his father make medicines for the ailing and the needy. His father aslo was a doctor, but not the one you'd normally see in the daytime. He offered surgeries for cheap, and many people took his offers. It was there that Saro became fascinated with blood and death. Some surgeries went wrong, and the patients died, most often due to blood loss. He would carry off some blood and try to unlock it's mysteries. Later, he decided that old blood wasn't good enough, he had to get fresh blood. His very first victims were his parents, draining their bodies entirely. Its was there that Saro decended into madness. Many years, more experiments, and more arrests later, here he stands.

Recently, however, a ritual went awry, and instead of sating the god he was working for, he instead angered it, causing the god to alter Saro's power, to frustrate him for eternity.
