Zera Lovegood (Her original last name was Scamander but after her parents split she took her mothers name for reasons explained in her history)

Cherry wood (with the bark still on the handle which is a dark cherry red) the rest of the wand is a almost white colour. It is 11" in length and the core is unicorn hair.

A wolf cub

FAMILIAR:
A oldish tabby cat called cookie which she transforms into a little owl to deliver her post, she's had him since her first year at hogwarts. He got his name because when he was little, Zera was baking some cookies, she left the room for a few minuets and when she came back he was sitting in the bowl licking the dough. His nickname is cooks.

PERSONALITY:
Zera is quite an odd person but of course she is being the daughter of Luna Lovegood. She is a very empathic person being able to understand how others feel, she get's it from her mother. Zera loves animals, especially her cat. She lives in a wood with her mum when not at hogwarts inhabited by lots of animals like deers and thestrals, once she swore she saw a unicorn.
Zera thinks her protonas is a wolf cub because that's what her name means. She is a lot like her mother, she believes in nargles, pixies and fairies etc and her room is filled with charms and a pretty dream catcher on the headboard of her bed. Her clothes are often a bit odd, she wears lots of charms around her neck and well worn black vegan doc martins with her school uniform. Zera's clothes often go missing but she always blames it on nargles, she gets that from her mum too, her mum didn't like to put the blame on people so she decided it was nargles. She often has flowers in her hair or ribbons braided into it. She often keeps her wand either behind her ear or in her boot for safe keeping.

BIOGRAPHY:
When she was little she grew up traveling with her mother and father as they looked for new magical animals. Zera's father never really warmed to her, he found her annoying and felt she was holding him back with his studies, she was a accident.
When Zera was 6, her mother was offered a job in Antarctica looking for magical creatures, she left Zera with her father back in England where he was writing up his findings in a new book.
Whilst Zera's mother was away her father became quite neglective.He would make her cook and clean the house and not let her be a normal kid. He pulled her out of school and she had to spend most of the day in the dark basement, this is where her fear of the dark originated. Her father would become quite abusive when he got angry, he had always had anger issues but never this badly. He would only let her send letters to her mother that he had proof read first. This went on until she was about 9 because he would act normal whenever her mother came back for her birthday or Christmas and Zera was too scared to tell anyone. Eventually, one day her mother was going to suprise them and come back a little early, she came back seeing first had what was going on and they left immediately. They stayed at the leaky caldron until they found the house they live in today.
Luna has always felt guilty about what happened to Zera however she never blames her for any of it. They are very close these days and her mother works with the ministry trying to protect the magical creatures whilst keeping them out of the muggle eye.
Zera did have a twin sister however she died after a few weeks of being born due to complications, this is why Zera can see thestrals.

MISCELLANEOUS:
She was a chaser in last years quidditch season and hopes to get the same place this year, she is pretty good at it being able to dodge bludgers well and a good aim.
Also, she's got a crush on James potter but hasn't got the courage to say anything and chooses to just try and be friendly instead of risking it.
