Midnight can be very stern and concerned with her work almost to a point of making herself sick. She also has a fun loving side and delights in almost anything that catches her eye. Midnight has always been very cultured as a Delegate should be. She loves shopping, drinking, sex, singing, ballroom dancing, and the occasional mischief. She has been a little somber since her return with the mounting work that is always piling up on her desk, luckily she has her team to rely on to help her through the beginning. Midnight is loyal to her cause and to her loved ones. She believes very strongly in the New Order and the changes she is imposing. Midnight is angry about all the opposition within the delegates, worried that they will find some loop hole to exploit and remove her from power.
She can use almost any weapon but she enjoys poisons most of all.
Midnight was born September 15th 1511 to two of the original members of the Delegates. Ann, and Christopher Winter. Or so she thought up until 50 years ago. It was later revealed to her when she appeared in Byron's draft of his will that Ann was Byron's secret lover, Midnight's biological father. That information is not known among the Delegates. Midnight has worked very hard to keep that a secret. After the charter was formed her parents fled the Delegates for fear of their only daughter being confiscated. For those few short years Midnight was raised believing that Christopher was her real father. Byron pursued them after his daughter. They were killed and she was taken to be put in training. She was viewed as a prodigy, completing her training by the time she was 12. She began to complete assignments and still train in her free time. She hated the delegates, for killing her parents, forcing her into slavery, taking away any future she might have had. She hated all of them.
Until she was given a small boy to train. Shisou. He was a strange boy who never spoke much and had such an underlying anger towards other people. It took her years just to get close to him. Not too far off, she gained another member to her team, a sweet and cheerful kid that always wanted to sleep and play games. Grant. She raised the two boys through training until they became full members of the Delegates. They were assigned to her team and they worked together for many years before she met who would be the final member of her team. He was older then the other two were when they came to her, he was serious about his training, trusting, sarcastic, and truly a dick. Koda. The team functioned as a family for many years until the youngest member disappeared, they were told he was killed. Midnight was racked with grief about the falling of Koda, having secretly been in love with him since he showed up.
Ten years passed and the delegates only got worse for her, having made a deal with one of the most despicable members for her freedom. Years of permitted abuse came and went until she was on the last mission in springside. She ended up killing Aubrey there and inheriting the Delegates upon the death of Byron Alesten.
Later while facing another crisis in Springside, Koda showed up again and it was revealed that he was blinded in a training accident and thrown out of the delegates. This among other things spurred Midnight to make such radical changes to the charter so it's members were no longer abused and disregarded. While in the small town she rekindled the flame with Koda and they finally got together after 37 years. Now she is happy and ready for change, unaware of the challenges to be faced.
