Sage is an only child and she acts like it. She is spoiled and bratty. She loves to play games with others which makes her and Hazel a great team. They both love fucking with others and have entitlement issues. She can be fun but she is more of a bitter bitch to anyone outside her team. She has an severe loathing for Midnight and how she always gets whatever she wants. Not to mention Midnight has stolen a few boyfriends from her, well not stolen exactly the guys just left Sage so they could pursue Midnight which made it even worse. She can't stand when someone else gets something that she wants. Her grudge against Midnight is actually nothing personal, she is just angry at what Midnight stands for. A more beautiful woman with a better personality that everyone desires. To a vain and selfish individual like Sage she is the Devil.
She has always loved working with Hazel and has a not so secret crush on her, Hazel seems to be the only thing left that she has all to herself and Midnight wont lay her fingers on. She dislikes her to the point that she took sides against her and her 'new order' Just to see her topple from her high position would make Sage happy even though she actually doesn't believe in Arucan's point of view. Sage has a good side to her as well. She is loyal to Hazel, loves the Delegates, and even enjoys their little team clown Dylan. She has a soft spot for children and loves to go and train with the new recruits paying special attention to the small ones. She has always wanted a child and thus far unable to have one.
Sage can get quite emotional at times, and sometimes have an emotional breakdown when faced with a tough choice. She may be a bitch but she still has a heart.
Sage is an only child that was taking into the delegates late, at the age of 8. She trained mercilessly to try and become good enough to be on Midnight's team but she was denied, they said Midnight already had her hands full with two boys. Sage took this personally and so her hatred for the woman started. She trained hard and long, staying far beyond the recommended time in the arena. This must have caught Hazel's eye because as soon as she passed her tests she was given to Hazel for further training and placement in her team. Sage has always been appreciative for being placed with Hazel and has idolized her ever since. Sage strives to please her and stands next to her on all points except political allegiance. Hazel supports the changes Midnight is making and Sage doesn't approve of anything that is in the same sentence as the name Midnight. She waits for the day that she can watch her crash and burn.
