A Greek preistess of the god Hades. The god had given her the gift of imortality, but to pay off this "gift" she is forced to work for Hades (and thusly Death) for an unknown period of time.
Arrogant in an aloof, smug kind of way. Laid back/easy going, extremely lazy, sly and conniving, doesn't trust especially easy, would rather ensure her own safety than risk her life for her companions (100% for self-preservation). Basically, she's sly and conniving in all senses of the words but the one thing she will never do is lie or betray family, whether she likes her relations or not. She will sweet talk, give empty promises, tell people what they want to hear, and twist the truth to get what she wants. In a nutshell, not to be trusted unless she has explicitly promised you that you can, her word is something she does not give lightly. Prefers to not talk if she doesn't have to- doesn't like to waste her words or her breath. Has a very morbid and dry sense of humor, often interchangable with her cutting sarcasm.
Originally from Egypt she was taken to Grece during the Empire's glory days. She was brought up in a temple to the god Hades and later became one of his most devoted and devout followers. Because of this Hades granted Sekhmet immortal life and youth, forever to be aged 24 years. Hades' gift was not so much a gift as it was a way to keep such a devoted priestess, she is currently being put to work in Queen Death's palace. There must be a reason her patron god is doing this, there always is...
