Name: Oslander Harroul the XXII

Power: Manipulation of the royal armies, as well as his own personal Kassik cadre. (Level: 10, for well obvious reasons.)


Bio: Harroul was born the sole bastard child of his father. The last remaining member of the Harroul Line. Harroul himself was and is a spoiled brat and only uses his position of king to worsen that trait. He always gets what he wants, and when Nauticus convinced him that what he wanted was the destruction of all Kassisks not in his employ, he signed the bill and the genocide commenced. At first they were simply arrested, convicted but then as they began to escape he grew infuriated and started putting them to death. He then started marching the royal armies, going so far to the extremes of even slaughtering entire towns if he even presumed one was hiding amongst the populace. He is not seen favorably, and a coup from his most trusted advisors may very well be underway ..

Equipment : He presents no outward kingly presence and instead dresses in simple clothes, his PR falsely informing him to be a man of the people.

Personality: King Oslander really isn't a bad guy. Just stupid and Naive. Two traits his own personal Kassik have been using against him so that they themsellves can be the leaders of the nation once more. The genocide is not even his own idea, and if he weren't constantly being reminded of it and having to make millitary descions he may have even forgot it was going on entirely. No, Oslander is a very social being and wants his populace to adore him, and if they 'want' a genocide, they're gonna get a genocide!


Personal skills: extremely good charisma, he is able to convince all with in the capital and close to it that the Kassik are truly evil minus his "tame ones". However he is so backwards that he himself is being constantly manipulated.

Likes: Fine wine, fine women, fine dining, pretty much if it has the word fine in front of it he thinks it's grand


Dislikes: Jokes, believe it or not he is not one for humor, his last jestoer was hung and the idiot that hired him skinned alive
