Abilities/powers: Standing in the shadows when she was affected, she has found that she can no longer really leave the shadows. She can travel from one shadow to another with ease, as long as she can see both shadows. She can also manipulate shadows, using them as rope or as a cover to hide herself from view. But it takes immense energy and it extremely painful for her to leave the shadows.

Personality

She is a caring, devoted person, and in the wake of her power she has become nervous, even withdrawn. She hides in the shadows of night, keeping out from underfoot, because she does not want to frighten other people. But all she really wants is to go back to the way things were before.

Equipment

She always carries a basic first-aid kit, sterilized needles, stitches, and throwing knives. These knives and her martial-arts training are her only form of defense.

History

Background/Origin: She had a caring family, and they taught her everything she knows. Her father instructed her in martial arts, and her mother in basic medicine. She took care of her two younger sisters, and was constantly arguing with her older brother. All in all, it was a standard family. Until she was affected by the blowout at Axis.
As soon as she discovered what she could; and couldn't; do, she fled. She never told her family what had happened, or where she was going. She simply vanished, taking a new name; Silhouette. She lives on the backstreet, keeping to a nocturnal life, staying out of the public eye and stealing what she needs to survive. She hates what she has become.
And more than anything else, she hates the people who made her that way.
