Weapon(s): Himmler- A carefully crafted scythe created in far off lands. It was taken from a cult that was exterminated by Siro in one of his fanatical purges and he found a liking towards it and kept it, normally using it to slowly cut apart his victims/enemies. It has a black blade with inscriptions written in red all over, most too holy/unholy for some to even bear to look at, or just random characters to people who don't know the language.
Saudenburgh- A very curious firearm brought from his Homeland. It's compact enough to be quickly broken down and hidden in Siro's Robe, but at same time, he could pull it out very fast and shoot. It's also modified to take in whatever ammo is laying around, and also Siro has "special" rounds that do a variety of things. The regular round is very powerful and very accurate, althrough there is a massive amount of recoil and smoke. The downside to the gun itself is it's range and recoil, and also it's very hard to manufacture the standard rounds he uses, normally using a great amount of money and favors in order to import it from the far off countries.

Personality: A sadistic, somewhat insane man. He likes to be viewed as an aggressive businessman, with several legal fronts for his organization. He typically enjoys toying with his victim, either via physiological or physical torture, normally causing them as much anguish as he can. However if it the situation calls for it, he will be merciful and kill them first. Semi-Religious, but really doesn't believe in the things he preaches about, but he pretends enough as he lies to his legions of followers.
History: Siro hails from a far off land that is a very oppressive and religious state. He was appointed as the head of a committee that rooted out unbelievers and "heretics" or just anyone who didn't agree with the government. Eventually Siro grew disillusioned with the state, while the state also viewed him as getting far too much even for them. It was agreed that he would be sent off as a missionary to some faraway land and no one would have to hear about him again. Eventually Siro arrived in Bay City and saw the city as filth that needed to be cleansed. He set up shop as a humble missionary and eventually managed to convert many disillusioned people to his cause in District 3 and also " brought justice" to gangs while in reality he seized power over them and slowly became a crime lord. He was eventually approached by somehow who claimed to be the Emperors descendant and offered him money to silence a critic in the city. Eventually Siro became famous as both a priest, and in the seedier elements of Bay City, a crime lord. Now, many in other districts now wish him to be brought down, and his rivals would do anything to have him killed.
