Looks
Sasuke became immortal at a very good time. He's not too young, and he's not too old. Plus he is in his very attractive stage. He stands tall at 6'1 feet and is very slim but muscular, weighing about 173 pounds. His hair is an orange-red color that frames his face and ends at his chin. His eyes are also a similar orange-red color. His hair used to be blonde, but for some reason when he received his powers from the shrine, his hair and eyes changed. Another appearance addition from his powers is his very sharp canine teeth. People were scared of him, thinking he was one of the mystical vampires they all heard about. Last but not least, Sasuke has a big scar starting from his right shoulder all the way down to his tail bone. He received this devastating scar from a battle with his father.

Clothes wise, Sasuke wears very simple clothing since he has to put them back on after every transformation. He tends to wear a baggy white button up shirt and black pants. Since this was older times, he didn't have any modern clothing.
"I miss my fancy clothes."

Shape Shifting
Sasuke can turn into anything from an ant to a whale. With a few second transformation, he can be anything he wants. But with great powers, there are always downsides. When he transforms he loses his clothes, which is...uh... a great problem. Another thing is that sometimes the transformation back fires, and he has to stay the same animal for more than a day, or he only turns half way. Which is when his sword comes in handy.
"I remember having to remain a wolf for almost two days. People were terrified when I strolled through the kingdom like nothing was wrong."
