Mischievous as an alley cat, Ikuto is often seen playing around with people whether it be a maid or his brother. He is child-like often puckering his lips when something doesn't go his way. This usually is a act and the beginning of a childish performance that he would begin, and when he begins it people are flustered red. More over he means no harm with his antics only fun but some people don't think so, but hey! what can they do, he is a prince after all.
Iluto is one of those guys that don't take an interest in any girls he see's, often times he doesn't care about one usually goes to hang out with his cats. This is because he doesn't find any girl interesting or unique enough. Some are just to snotty, or others are just to boring so he hasn't shown that much interest in girls......
..... Except when it comes to Alice, for the most part he is the one that teases her the most. He sometimes plays awful, yet hilarious pranks on her. He and his brother have this rivalry of which one of them shall claim her heart first, yet Ikuto seems to make his move after his brother tries something.
Often times being on top of a high place Ikuto has a knack for climbing. He is usually found on top of something, and prefers not to get down. It's not because he doesn't want to but more over he can't get off, this is thought to have been caused by the amount of time he has spent with his cats, though he doesn't admit that he can't get down. He'd act child-like than say for the person that he was talking to catch him.
He is usually cat-like, being sometimes called the "Cat Prince" by his brother Ikuto doesn't care for that. To be best described Ikuto hates to be held back, he hates restraints on his freedom and so he usually acts like a alley cat. Being free and not having to act like a prince is his true desire, and sometimes he will do anything to be free. He hates it when he is boxed in or cornered and when he is Ikuto is not afraid to get rough, he'd even hiss. Ikuto does many things that show he is like a cat, whether this is from the way that the boy eats his fish, or the way he gets stuck at high places.
Ikuto has a great ability in toying with someone's emotions. He enjoys to toy with someone so much that it turns into a hobby. He doesn't mind it when someone gets mad, usually brushing it off. A sly grin is often seen, this is because he likes to get someone riled up and have them chase after him.
Ikuto has this uncanny way of protecting someone by getting them extremely mad at him. He feels that if they are mad at him then they won't get hurt when he had caused something awful to happen. Even though he hurts his friends, Ikuto is the one truly hurt, sometimes one doesn't think of the words they use when going off on Ikuto and when they realize what they said they usually feel guilty about it. The only one that knows of this is his brother.
One thing that never bothered him was being called a "Twin of Sin", though his brother had always seen him go silent when someone called them that. Not being actually bothered by the name, but more over disturbed by the fact of some people being such idiots at believing something so stupid, like how are kids suppose to cause the end of the world? He often times hits the one that reffers to him as a "Twin of Sin".
Brief Description
Ikuto is about 5'11" with dark blue hair that doesn't seem to go longer then his chin. His eyes are a purplish blue color, which is usually thought to be a plain old blue. Ikuto has a slender frame, which is a bit cat-like. He weighs about 156 lbs.
Skill(s)/Abilities
Ikuto well he has the skills that usually relate to cats, this being said he has the ability to sometimes land on his feet from a very long fall. One thing that Ikuto shows to have is a very powerful jumping ability, in theory he can jump to the height of 30 meters, though that is when he wants to but usually he just jumps for distance, or when he is taking a stroll Ikuto can be seen leaping over things, i.e houses.
One thing that Ikuto is skilled in is fighting with a claw and usually keeps one around him, he even has a combat suit. On his right hand goes a glove with metal claws, there are about three of them and about a length of 7inchs. Ikuto is a specialist in claw to claw combat.
What is not known to most is that Ikuto isn't that good at controlling shadows, he is at a mediocre level. Usually he'd use control of them and end of up destroying something. Most of the time Ikuto spends, lazing around while looking at his brother practice using the powers of shadows, so Ikuto has scene powerful attacks its just that he can't perform them.

History
Raised in the kingdom of Astral, while being a demon and borne on blood red moon, while there was a alignment of the stars caused a stirrup for Ikuto and Suzaku had been target by a few assassins since the time they could walk. This was because of a dark prophecy about the two saying that they would cause the end of the world. Has this happen no, and more and more people are starting to see this as a sham. As time had passed by the whole dark prophecy, and nothing happened people began to relax, that is with the exception of the war that was raging during the time.
In his early childhood Ikuto was a lover of cats, he'd usually find strays and take them in earning himself the nickname "Cat Prince," but rarely then anyone other then his brother or Hale called him that. In the kingdom of Astral Ikuto and his brother would often get the Prince of Rean to visit them, the relations between the two kingdoms were allot friendlier then the others. Not much else could be said about Ikuto, he does things in his own way.

It is really difcult to say that Ikuto has a love interest and it is also not really believable but he seems to have begun developing feelings toward Alice.
