Biography: Bill is from Leipzig, Germany and he loves to sing. He is the leader singer of the band Devilish Question that he started with his twin brother and two friends they met at a club. His parents seperated when he was seven and his step father helped cultivate Bill's love for music. He'd always been a naturally talented singer but for most people it ended at that. The band is the center point of Bill's life, the members his closest family. He began performing at age 10 with his brother, Tom and loved everything about the performances. Devilish Question is quickly on the rise to fame, currently only in Europe though. Bill hopes to expand the band to American and that is why he was on the cruise ship. Bill is ten minutes younger than his twin, Tom, who is also the guitarist of the band. He has been dressing like he does now since middle school and he finds nothing wrong with it. He had to drop out of high school when Devilish Question began getting popular and, although he's smart, he never had too much of a zest for school.

Personality: Bill is a very out going and social person who can make small talk with anyone, and will if given the chance. Sometimes though he says the wrong thing or speaks without thinking, and this often lands him in hot water. He is a nice guy though and likes to be in the spot light though he doesn't hog it. Bill loves to just have fun and thinks that you're put on this earth to make it better for as many people as you can and he tries to live that way. People often think he's younger than he really is because he retains the energy level and overall attitude of a teenager. Although slow to anger you don't want to get on Bill's bad side, he can give you a good chewing out, especially if you attack people he's close to. He's a lot less critical with attacks on himself though, usually brushing those comments off. He is usually laid back and kind, always willing to help in any way he can. Bill is usually a very playful, energetic person and loves to make people feel better.

Fear(s): Bill does not like being alone and has a fear of rejection although he wouldn't like to admit it.
Soft spots for? Besides music Bill is very attached to the other band members and loves chocolate. He also likes to be around people and likes sweet things. (like gift stuff)
