Lex Aux's Story

The den, hidden, has provided a home to its wolven inhabitants for about a month. The Drax still look to rape and pillage in the surrounding area. Zarhara stands watch of the front door. She may have been a feline but she was a really good fighter. Her eyes were better than most. She was faster and stronger than the wolf.
Fera, drank from the pool. The fresh water made her feel refreshed as well. She leaned up and looked toward the door. Her ears percked. "Its starting to snow."
Monty chatted with some of the locals. Like Fera he was new. He walked and looked at the place.

The cave or The Den was large and hidden. It could hold 100 wolves. There was 50 mini dens that served as private rooms. they could hold 2 full grown wolves and some pups. Food was plentiful and the door was covered with vines. On the outside it looked like nothing but the face of a mountain.

Niko had stumbled as he left his den to grab a drink. He had 2 of his legs wrapped in old brown cloth. The left hind leg and the right fore leg were broken. But time had healed it, but only enough to walk. Better than nothing, at least. He limped to the water, snow lightly drifting in the white sky. It was becoming winter. It made his legs hurt badly. He was luck this pack took him in after the....incident. He didn't like talking about it. Or even thinking about it. He saw Fera. She was better looking than most of the wolves in this pack. But, that maybe because she had eaten more than a few of them. Hell, Niko hadn't eaten for about 3 days now. But, then again, it wasn't from food shortage. He nodded tarwds Fera, taking a drink from the pool. He shivered at the now freezing water. Winter was defiantly coming. His legs ached, and the pain showed. "Its cold." He said bluntly, half to himself, half to Fera. He wondered when all the other wolves were to wake.

Niko looked at Abell. How did she know his name? He knew hers for he tryed to know most wolves names. He hadn't really talked to the other wolves. He just listened. His mind was a little foggy during the morning. He was also a little grumpy. "Hi um...Abell. How are you...." Niko asked casually. He looked tarwds Fera, and whispered. "Shes a bundle of joy in the morning." He said almost sarcastically. Niko chuckled a little. His legs started to hurt. Badly. He laid down. "Ill jut lay down for now...legs hurt bad. Stupid cold." He took another drink. He was going to have to re wrap his legs after....and that was going to hurt. He shivered at freezing water his mouth.
