Ruka is normally optimistic, goofy, calm, and helpful. When meeting new people, she is shy, quiet, and a little bashful. She has a determined and bright spirit and loves to laugh, especially with others. She tries not to resort to violence, but she isn't afraid if that's her only option. She tends to put others first before herself.
She only carries a phone with her when she receives messages from the reapers/director. She attacks with pins and she uses a small wrench that expands during combat.

Bio: Ruka remembers her past, and even her death, clearly. When she is reminded of it, she becomes silent in a state of depression. She is shocked by the betrayal of the closest person to her, and she doesn't know why she was killed. While inside the UG, she attempts to find her best friend and figure out why she was killed. She was killed with a knife, and she remembers about the last few moments of her life, she could hear her friend laughing or sobbing. Everything faded to black, and she woke up in the UG as a mess of emotions.
