The Prodicians are those who paid to be a citizen of Prodicia. Most are writers, inventors, and shop keepers. Some are poorer then others, doing odd jobs for money, they work harder then any other Prodicians.
Although most are good people they are robbed of from the pirates and bandits. It is true however that Prodicia has a small army of 300, though most aren't all that skilled.
