Personality
Lucy is an angel. She lives to help others, and does her best to be a suck up to God. She flies above Earth, Heaven, and Hell, pitying humans who are lesser than she, and does her best to make their lives better, but she can only do so much. She is in charge of second chances and only that, but she'll do anything in her power to help, if a kid fails a math test, she'll make the teacher allow him to do a retake, if a woman has a miscarriage, she'll give her a new baby, if a boy is dumped by his girlfriend, she'll make his girlfriend change her mind. But she can't make it last forever, the boy may fail is make up test, or the woman's child may die at a young age, or the boy's girlfriend finds a new man later on, she cannot change that.
When she saw the four ghosts, wandering the Earth because of unfinished business, she felt especially bad, and decided to give them a second chance. She visited each of them and gave them new bodies made of water from heaven and rock from hell, so that they could finish what kept them on Earth. But this, like all things had a time limit, and she's sorry to say that she'll have to take them back to the worlds of the dead in three days time.
Appearance
Lucy has long red hair and piercing red eyes. She's very beautiful and has a nice, curvy figure and long, graceful legs. Her skin tone is a light pinkish and she has a golden glow to her at all times. And yes, she does have fluffy angel wings.
