Description

ALIEE

Name: Lee, Suki (Suki Lee)

Nickname: Ailee

Description: Ailee is 5'3". She is very feminine and likes to be unique. She also tends to change her hair color whenever she feels like it which is usually every three or four months. Her original hair color is a dark chocolate brown and she has green eyes in the summer but it changes into a smokey grey (or sometimes hazel) in the winter. On special occasions, she likes to wear traditional clothings such as kimonos or hanboks.

Personality: When meeting someone new, Ailee is really shy. But once she's comfortable around that person, she is a bright and bubbly girl that loves to have fun. She's smart but is usually found doing something dumb or idiotic. She doesn't really care what other think of her but hates judged or being judgemental herself. She can barely keep a straight face unless it's a serious moment. Then she's dead quiet. Ever since she was little, her mother would tell her that she looked ugly when she cried and if she kept crying, her face would stay all scrunched up and hideous forever. Therefore, she doesn't like being upset and when she is, she usually hides it with a smile... Oh, and even though she likes to move a lot, she can also be very lazy.

History: Ailee is half Korean and half Japanese. She was born in Seoul, South Korea and was raised there until she was six and moved to New York. When she was seven, her mother was pregnant. But when her father died in a car accident after visiting an old friend in New Hampshire, her mother lost the baby due to a miscarriage. Since she's an only child she doesn't really know how to handle children. Whenever she sees a kid, she just watches them from afar, fearing that she might hurt the child if she goes any closer like dropping him/her if she picked him/her up or stepping on the poor kid. She doesn't like making anyone cry, especially little children. Also, she used be very self-conscious but once her mother signed her up for TaeKwonDo, her confidence boosted up and she started to become more outgoing and talked more. Now she's a third degree black belt and isn't afraid of anyone anymore.

So begins...

Ailee entered the building in awe. Colorful lights flashed across the room and the place wasn't as crowded with a bunch of people like she saw in the movies. But this was her very first time in a club and she was excited yet cautious at the same time. Am I too early? Nevermind, just watch out for perverts and you'll be fine, she thought to herself. She was starting to get bored at home so she decided to go somewhere she hasn't been to before. Her silver hair swayed side to side as she made her way to the bar. There were two other guys but she didn't bother to make eye contact with them or anything else. She was always awkward and usually stuttered when meeting new people, especially guys. She sat there silently for a few more seconds and then covered her face with her hands, her elbows propped on the counter. "Uggh, I should've brought a friend with me," she complained to herself in a low whisper. This couldn't get any more awkward-ish, if that is a word. Note to self, never go to a club alone.

Ailee felt someone bump into her and turned around. There stood before her a girl with dark black hair with long bangs. She couldn't really see her face so she was either looking down or her bangs were covering her eyes. Maybe both.
"Oh im so sorry. I was-wasnt watching were i was going." Ailee smiled.
"No problem. I'm pretty clumsy myself, too." Surprisingly, she didn't stutter. "Are you all by yourself?" She wanted to start a conversation and plus, she needed someone to hang out with. Being all alone in a club for a first time is pretty awkward and boring. She didn't want to start dancing either because there weren't that many people around.

Ailee grinned and stuck her hand infront of her for a handshake. She noticed her eyes were green now that her bangs were swept to the side. "Wow. I didn't know green eyes were that common here. I'm Ailee. Nice to meet you." She was glad that she was making a friend. Heh, maybe they could even be club buddies in case any of them were getting lonely or bored at home. Realizing she didn't answer her question, Ailee spoke up again. "I'm not new here but I have no idea what to do either. This is my first time at a club." She gave her a shy smile and laughed nervously, " So I'm trying not to get in another awkward atmosphere. Are you all by yourself?"

Ailee nodded and followed Abby as she headed towards the other two guys she had seen earlier. This just reminded her of the awkward atmosphere back then. "h..hey..umm..excuse me..sorry.. g..guess wil...umm see you outside...n...nick..." Ailee let out a silent sigh of relief. Guess I'm not the only one who usually stutters here, she thought to herself. She also noticed that the guy who had said that was wearing a hoodie the whole time. Because of that, she never got to see what he looked like. This made her curious but she didn't want to be the nosey person that'd get her in some trouble. She really wanted to know why he couldn't take the hoodie down but if he was uncomfortable doing that, she'd respect the guy's privacy and let it go. She then turned to the other boy that was at the bar, "H-Hi there. Are you also going outside?" Uggh, there goes the stutter again.

Ailee stared blankly at the space where Nick used to be. "Well, that was rude," she muttered.
"I'll be right back..." Ailee turned to Abby and nodded. She was all alone now but since more people started filling up the dance floor, she guessed that she could join in the fun to. But as she saw the bodies grinding against each other and men groping the women, she had second thoughts and just stayed by the door, waiting for Abby to come back.

Ailee crossed her arms and tapped her chin in a thinking manner. "Well, I did want to dance but I'm not comfortable with being lost in a crowd with perverts so... I have no idea!" She gave Abby a cheezy grin. "I guess clubs aren't really my thing." Ailee sighed in dissapointment. She didn't want to be in a hot place that she didn't belong or wasn't too comfortable in. She wanted to have fun and try something new. "Umm.. I'm starting to get sort of uncomfortable here.. Ooh! Let's try something together we've never done before since we're new friends! Maybe we could go bunjee jumping or something or sky diving! But then again, it's already late..." She crossed her arms again and looked at the floor thinking hard. Then she looked back up at Abby. "Got any suggestions?"

Abby frowns. "i dont know...uhm....we could go to my house and hang. But thats not fun." A smile breaks out across her face. "Or throw a party and invite a bunch of people we dont know."

Ailee puffed her cheeks, a habit of hers. "Well we could go to my house but my mom might be sleeping so that's a no. And, if we have a party with a bunch of strangers, someone could get hurt so that's a big no-no." After a few seconds of thinking, Ailee clapped her hands and punch her hand in the air. "Option number two it is! We'll just have to make sure no one comes with any weapons, kay?"

Abby nodds "Yeah sounds great. We can have it in my apartment if you want. Its only me so we wont bother other people." She smiles at her newly found friend

Ailee looked at Abby in amazement. "Woah! You live by yourself? Are you even old enough? Do you have a job? What happened to your parents? How co-" Ailee stopped and blushed in embarrassement. "I mean... if you don't mind telling me." She was being the type of nosey girl she didn't like to be. She had no right to pry into Abby's buisness like that. If she didn't like people knowing her personal things, then she shouldn't ask too many questions others might not be comfortable with either. "Sorry 'bout that."

Ailee looked at Abby in sympathy. "Well, if it makes you feel any better, I don't have a dad.." She usually didn't like talking about her father but since Abby shared some personal info with her, she could do the same. Then, she brightened up again. "So you do art, huh? I myself like sketching but I'm not very fond with paint. If you want, we could go to your apartment and do something artistic. Maybe you could even give me some tips on how to paint better." She skipped happily towards the exit. "Come on! Let's go," she said cheerily. She didn't want to talk about anything tragic or something that would make both of them upset. I guess something they had in common were "daddy problems."

Ailee looked at the walls in awe. She felt like she was in an underrated museum with absolutely beautiful paintings. This was by far one of the best places to admire art by a teen in her opinion. "Woah! You should totally go for art as a job or something. I know I'd hire someone like you. You're already a pro!" Thank goodness thay hadn't called anyone to come over for a party. Then all the work Abby had done could've been ruined.

Ailee made a thoughtful look before nodding her head. "Well... If you have any juice, I'll take it!" She happily replied and gave her a cheezy grin. Ever since her first taste of orange juice when she was younger, she had always favored the fruity taste. She didn't care if it made her seem childish. She often tells herself that you can never be too old nor have enough of juice!

Fortunately, Ailee caught the bottle of juice without embarrassing herself by dropping it. "Thanks," she gave Abby a thankful smile and opened the bottle. She took a few sips from it to save some of the fruity beverage for later. She didn't want to gobble down her friend's refridgerator and all the food she needed to survive even if that was an exaggeration.
Closing the bottle, Ailee looked back up at Abby. She noticed that she was actually very pretty. Although she'd be to shy, she would actually go for her if only she were a boy..."Abby, do you have any brothers?" She was curious to know if Abby had any male siblings, preferably older than her (but not too old. Pedo bear alert! XD).

Ailee flinched at the sudden entrance. She didn't expect anyone coming by or anything. She honestly thought that it was just going to be her and Abby- not that she minded the extra company.
When she looked up, she realized that the person who just came looked like Abby's twin brother. Ailed looked at him for a few more seconds. She was right; a male version of Abby would look pretty hot. She soon noticed that she was starting to stare and quickly averted her eyes to a picture on the wall. Of course the wink didn't go by unnoticed and Ailee could feel her cheeks grow hot. She also heard the comment and that just made her face even redder.
Not wanting to be rude, she gave Dak a little wave and shyly smiled at him. She didn't really want to speak up yet because she knew she'd end up stuttering. She was very nervous around this guy. Probably because she always became a nervous wreck around cute guys.
She really wanted to talk to him but was afraid to make a fool out of herself. But she didn't want him to think that she was mute either. Shy girls who can't even speak for themselves was probably a huge turn off.

"Whatever the guest wants." Ailee turned a bright pink. She didn't really want to be the center of attention but she guessed that that what happens when your a guest with two gorgeous siblings. Trying to put the spot light on someone else, she finally spoke up and pointed at Dak's guitar. "W-well, maybe you could play something? I-I mean if you want to I guess..." Oh my gawsh! Ailee, get a hold of yourself and stop being a nervous wreck! You think guys like it when girls can't talk to anyone unless it's the same gender? What. Is. Wrong. With. You. And stop stuttering!, Ailee was having a conversation to herself in her head and stoped when she realized how weird that was. Embarrassed, she started plaing with the tip of her hair, a habit of hers, and started to think of ways to cool herself down. "Uhh... I need to go to the bathroom." She darted out the room when she noticed that she had no idea where she was going. She stuck her head back in the door and sheepishly grinned at Abby. "I'm sorry, can you please tell me where the bathroom is?"

Ailee looked to her left and surely, the bathroom was right there. "Oh..." She face palmed herself and muttered lowly about how stupid she was.
"Ya know that you don't have to run away." Busted. Ailee could feel her cheeks grow hot again and frowned. "I'm not running away. I just have to use the bathroom. That's all. Besides, what's there to run away from?" She didn't like being read too easily. She found that a sign of weakness especially towards men. "Hmph!" She crossed her arms and stuck her tongue out childishly at Dak. She then turned around, making her way to the bathroom. She knew that he was right and that she was being immature. But she didn't like the fact that he knew she was going to the bathroom because of him. She's not really used to guys noticing her nervous aura around them.
