Savior Of The Weak
Jay Is a Nice Guy, Always willing to do good things. However, he's the total opposite to his enemies, feeling nothing but contempt for them.
He stands up for the Weak, and Downtrodden, Like the few Respectable Delinquents that aren't well known yet do. Due to Bullying in his past, he's good at telling who's Good, and who's bad, but will still make a mistake here and there.
He Relies on his Fists, and his Martial Arts. Namely the Assassination Art, Ejiki No Ken, a Feared Killing Style used during the Era Of Warring states in China, and introduced to Japan, where the Later Successors that had come before Jay migrated from, to New York City, likely in the late 1800's/early 1900's.
As For Armaments, he uses whatever he can find as a weapon, but usually relies on a training sword, or his actual Katana, 'Resolution.' But only if he needs it.
Continuing on Ejiki No Ken, Its an (*cough* Anime *cough*) an ancient assassination art, that turns the user into a super athlete, and a deadly killer. It has many techniques, heck, most defy logic.
Irish Italian, with some Japanese and Chinese mixed in. He was Born and Raised in New York City, but first left for Japan after being deported for taking part in the 'Jersey Wars,' an event in which many American Delinquents took part in, and fought a violent struggle. It is known nearly world wide. After a week in a normal school, which he barely survived, being so closely watched, he left for the mountains, where he joined in the school, 'that even the devil feared.' Otokojuku. It was there that he Became a true man, and continues to refine his Manliness in order to become a Great Person, who may one day lead the future.
Later, he was sent into an exchange program for another nearby school in Roppongi Tokyo...
The School he has entered:
Tora Ryuu High, a simple school of delinquents, and martial arts, hence its alternate name, Tora Ryuuken Juku (School Of Tiger And Dragon Fist)
Jay, in his younger years, has been bullied to a great deal, and hates Bullies more than Anything. He's currently Refining his Manliness, and Proving himself a Super-Badass. However, this doesn't prevent his kinder side to reach out to others when the time is appropriate.
