Khan of the Khador

The undisputed master/mistress of the Khador people.

Description

Of the Khans line:
Men: Tend to be tall standing 6.5' to 7' tall. Muscular and intimidating. They tend to grow facial hair, have blue eyes and blond hair.

Women: Tend to stand about 6' to 6.5' tall. They are slender of build but quite attractive. Like men they have blue eyes and blond hair.

Both wear an iron crown set with elliptical pieces of obsidian. As well as an iron ring set with a ruby. The rest of their clothing changes based on era

Personality

The Khans can be very aggressive and warlike. This is because of the Khador sense of honor which places a great deal pride in martial prowess (For more see below). They are willing to open relations with any group that has a similar code of honor. Punishment for violating this code is swift and brutal, often involving execution or exile.

Khador Code of Honor:

1.A true Khadoran's weapon never leaves his side
2.A Khadoran warrior only battles equals
3.It is never acceptable to slay women and children off the battlefield
4.Women are to be ignored during raids unless they resist
5.Stealing is the sign of a weakling; the thief is to be slain of sight
6.A warrior should never be ashamed to speak the truth, and should always do so
7.The Khan rules by right of the gods, and should be obeyed in all things. Unless he/she has lost his warriors confidence.

Previous: stone tools and animal pelts

Current: Cloth shirt and pants as well as a fur cloak and fur lined boots. An Iron sword (self explanatory), Hunting bow, Iron Axe (for cutting trees)

History

Tribe: The Khador are a warlike and aggressive tribe that respects strength and honor in others. They live in the colder northern reaches of the island. They survive by hunting and raiding others. Their primary export is goods of iron and wood. Men tend to be tall 6' tall and muscular they grow facial hair. Women tend to be 5.5'.

Architecture:With exception of the Khans residence which is made of stone, all Khadoran structures are made of wood with slate shingle roofs.

Clothing:Heavy cloths and fur cloaks. They also wear heavy fur lined boots. The men always carry their weapons with them.

Religion:Khadorans believe in three gods, and warriors; The Condar-tari. Chief among the gods is Orin (the god of war, honor, strength, and Guardian of the forest). Second in this Hierarchy is Cryx (goddess of life, death, iron, and Keeper of the Underworld). Last amongst the gods is Gora (the trickster god, love, wealth, and misfortune).
