Appearance:

Lewyn dresses in primarily red gear, consisting primarily of a red coat - trimmed with gold - a set of red gauntlets and pauldrons, along with dark red boots. Underneath her coat is a set of jet-black gear (top and pants) taken from a more futuristic multiverse. Aside from that, her build is exactly what one would expect from a sorcerer-swordsman hybrid.

Lewyn was trained formally in swordsmanship, and has some measure of knowledge with regards to the arcane, alongside basic survival knowledge. This includes what sort of things - originally, on her native multiverse, but later, this began to apply to various different multiverses - to run away from or kill with excessive amounts of fire.

Possessions:

Ring of the Golden Flame: A simple, golden band with a stylized flames worked along the ring. While ordinarily appearing as a rather plain ring, the Ring of Golden Flame is the source of Lewyn's power. Wearing the Ring grants her the ability to use her magical fire. Anyone else in the posession of the Ring is also capable of using the Golden Flame, but will simply not grasp the extent of its power.

Inferno: A longsword of fairly average length, Inferno doesn't do much more than slash things really really well. While Lewyn's choice of manifesting her powers primarily through the sword may give the appearance that the blade has magical properties of some sort, it really has none. It's still a fairly well-made sword, and is something most swordsmen would probably like to have.

Travel Glyphstone: A prize from one of Lewyn's adventures, the Travel Glyphstone is a small, disc-shaped piece of obsidian, inlaid with gold, that enables travel between different multiverses.

Armor: While her armor isn't heavily enchanted, the only enchantments on it are for resisting wilder climates that she might encounter in her travels.

Abilities:

Golden Flame Manipulation: The Golden Flame isn't actually a fire; it's the idea of a fire. It takes and extends what fire can normally do, and spreads it to different ideas. For instance, while fire can normally burn paper and wood, the Golden Flame has the added ability to burn through magical essence and similar, abstract obstructions.

It also works as a normal fire, which is more than what Lewyn needs for setting things on fire. The Golden Flame appears exactly as a normal fire, but with a golden, light orange hue.

Evocations: As the basis of Lewyn's training, she's also skilled with evocations - using the primal forces of magic in direct attacks. As such, she will use bursts of regular flame, compressed air, or even lightning in tandem with attacks. She never uses any sort of water or ice-themed evocations.

History:

Lewyn was the firstborn child of the Flameseeker clan's chief on her homeworld. The Flameseeker clan, who can really only be described as sun-worshippers of sorts, saw this as a good omen, and her father opted to train her with the use of the clan's most revered form of sorcery: the Golden Flame.

Her life was simple, really. Most of her time growing up was spent studying her clan's history, or training in sorcery and swordsmanship. At the age of 22, however, Lewyn left her clan, in search of adventure. She needed to know the horrors and beauty of her world, and carry the experience with her.

Over the course of the next five years, Lewyn was an invaluable member of the famed adventuring group known as the Marshal's Eye. While they didn't serve anyone in particular, they still managed to make quite a reputation for themselves. After the death of the former leader of the Eye, the group split up, the remaining four members going their own ways.

And so, Lewyn continued adventuring on her own, seeking out whatever she could see in her home world. During one adventure, at the age of twenty-nine, Lewyn discovered the Travel Glyphstone, and began traveling into the multiverse, seeking out more and more adventure in whole other worlds.

Goal:

Mastery over the Golden Flame. Generally, this also includes all sorts of lovely perks for her in her home multiverse. Not to mention, she'll be the first female Master in a few hundred years, which adds to all sorts of prestige.
