Sakuragaoku High school

"Sana, get up" her mother voice called from downstairs "Mmm noooooo" Sana rolled over and pulled the blankets over her head "Sana!" her mother grabbed her feet and drug her of her bed and onto the floor "Owww, MOM!" she got up and her mom just smiled "Get ready for school" her mother left and Sana got dressed



as she finished buttoning up her blazer she braided her hair and looked in the mirror "Well at least it fits" she packed her books into her book bag and walked downstairs where her mother waited with a smile "Aww it looks so cute on you" Sana blushed "Mom..." "Hurry up or you'll be late" Sana nodded and ran out the door.

at school:

sana stopped at the gate to the large school "Wow talk abut prestigious, now to find my homeroom then explore the grounds" she walked into the school and up to the second floor.

(oops, forgot to post that in Sakuragoku. sorry. I'll post the next post I do in Sakuragaoku, though.)

Sana looked down a bit to see the boy "Oh, its alright I promise, I was just looking for..." she looked up to see 2-B "Class 2-B, well would you look at that" she let out a small laugh then turned and offered her hand "I hope you're alright, I'm Sana Mitarashi I transferred here from ibaraki prefecture."

Setsugie stood there waiting for anyone who would join him but then felt someone tugging on him, "Honey get off that game and help me unpack." a female voice said, the first thing that went through Xels mind was 'Moms finally back?!', he shook it of and wrote a note to any person who would come by the bridge, then used a rune to caste the message around the bridge area anyone who would pass from know until 4 hours from know would get this message: "Due to some inconvinience I have logged out, but be sure to add me to your list I am Setsugie, I'll be sure to make it up to you until next time....". Then xel logged off to help his mother who he hasn't seen in 3 weeks, after a heart touching reunion Xel ate and went to bed for the night.

The next day Xel woke up at 5:30 AM super early as always 'force of habit thanks to moms training that is' he thought, he did his morning exercises until 7:30 am and took a bath. Xel then headed to Sakuragaoku high, and just slacked off taking a nap on a tree nearby the school campus until the bell rang.......

Raven was snapped out of his little wondering festival when he heard someone speak about "clerics" and a guy named "Setsugie". His head shifted towards Esme's direction, and he leaned over the desk to speak to her. "Excuse me," he whispered quietly. "Did you say cleric? Are you, perhaps, Heartwings? She's a cleric, as long as I remember."

The boy asked, his cheeks going pink as he made an assumption. What if he was wrong? Then he'd make a fool out of himself, but oh well.

the teacher walked in and closed the door"alright class, settle down we have a new student joining us today from ibaraki prefecture. Please welcome Sana-chan" the door slid open and Sana walked in, her black pigtails bouncing as she did.

"Welcome Sana-chan, please tell us a little about yourself"Sana nodded "Alright well, I'm part Chinese, I studied in America while my parents were there on business for couple years, um...That's all I can think of sir." The teacher smiled "Alright, please take your seat and we'll get started" She walked over to an empty desk and sat down.

"One moment," he whispered, before raising his hand. Maybe today he'd talk a little more than usual.. "Sensei, how about we each introduce ourselves individually to get to know all of us better?" He asked quietly, though it was nearly inaudible. Raven needed to work on his social skills a bit more, then his gaze shifted back to the girl whom named herself as a cleric.

Botros sat in the seat in complete silence, counting each tick of the clock nearby and imagining time racing past at an incredible speed. Each second, each minute that the teacher's late or is getting ready, is one second less I have to hear her talking, Botros thought as another boy sat next to him. Botros thought this was odd, but then he figured the kid was trying to be nice because Botros looked alone. Poor fool, he would never get Botros to even speak three words to the kid.

Botros saw the boy messing with a notebook, but payed him no mind. The teacher was seven seconds late to class after the bell rang. That's seven seconds scratched off of class time. Even better she had to take time to introduce a new student, Sana was her name. The boy did something next to him that was both a blessing and a curse.

"Sensei, how about we each introduce ourselves individually to get to know all of us better?"

Botros liked this idea because it shaved even more class time, but it was bad because he was not one to speak up about his life. He just waited to see how this little event would play out. So Botros sat their once again in complete silence while also blocking out the outside world.

Raven stared at Esme for the longest time, as if zoned out. "I'm..uhh..." he stuttered slightly, his voice going lower and lower to where it sounded like a silent mouse. "I'm E-Enigma," he murmured, his mismatched gaze shifting towards the ground.

Sana smiled at the idea that was thrown out "Honestly it does sound like a good idea" he teacher seemed thoughtful and gave in "Alright well Sana alrady went so lets start with.." he looked down at his roster "Raven Mooncrest, Mr. Mooncrest please stand and tell us a bit about yourself"

Sana whispered to The girl next to her "Its nice to meet you Esme-chan, I'd tell you my gaming name but you'd freak if you found out."

"...sty... Krist... Kristy," a voice called out to her from above.

Groaning she opened her eyes and looked up to see her boss standing over her, which had her confused as she thought that she was at home. Looking around she noticed that she'd stayed the night at the animal shelter and as her memory cleared she remembered that it'd been because one of the dogs needed an injection every other hour. The dog was new to the selter and had just come from an abusive home, and since she had the most experience with abused animals she was chosen to stay the night. She'd texted Esme right then, but she doubted that she would get it until she was already at school and wondering where she was. "Gomen, sensei," she apologized sleepily as she streched and her cell alarm went off again signaling that it was time for the next dose.

"It's fine Kristy-chan, just finish up with this last dose and you can go, do you need a ride?" he asked as he handed her the syrige.

"Arigato, I would greatly appreciate it, I am already running late for school," she accepted as she gave the dog the injection and walked out of the kennel, making sure to securly close the big chainlink gate behind her.

She then disposed of the needle in the hazard waste bin and followed her boss to his car and got in. The drive to her house was quiet and when they arrived she rushed in, took a quick shower, brushed her hair and teeth and put on her uniform before going down to the kitchen to grab her bento out of the fridge and rushed out the car which was just pulling up again. She took the store bought bento from her boss and put it in her bookbag then took the sweet roll offered to her and ate it. By the time she was done they had pulled up in front of her school after she got out she bowed to her boss in respect and closed the door before running into the school and rushing to her class. Opening the door quietly to class 2-b she slipped in as a girl named Sana was introduced as she found an open seat which happened to be on the other side of the classroom from Esme.

Xel woke up and looked at the time then jumped down knowing he was at least 9 minutes late, he walked over to the class room b-2 sliding the door open saying "Good morning." while rubbing his eye, he closed the door and walked towards the last chair on side which was by the window. He sat down still drowsy from the nap he had taken, 'people where introducing themselves' Xel thought and slightly sighed he didn't mind since it meant less time for class but to him everything played out the same. "What a drag..." Xel murmured while leaning his chair backwards, he listened to the people introducing themselves to pass the time, and memorized their faces and names just in case.

Feeling relief at not being noticed by the teacher she was glad that she wasn't called on but with the way that thing were going it looked like it was inevitable that she'd have to speak in front of the class. Turning to her only friend she saw that seemed kind of anxious which she knew could only mean one thing. Once she caught Esme's eye she mimed texting on a cell to explain where she was last night before turning her attenion back to the teacher. The text that she'd sent the night before read: I have to stay over at the shelter tonight to give this new dog some injections but I'll be in school tomorrow.

Xel was soon called out to introduce himself for being late 'Better know than later I guess.' he thought, Xel stood up, "My name is Xel Misogi, that's pronounced Exel by the way; And a few interesting things about me is, well, I love to play video games, read manga and watch anime, yeah I'm what you call an Otaku and I am proud of it." Xel said slightly smiling as most people labeled him as a nerd and such. That way Xel wont attract that much attention and people might leave him alone, well almost everyone the bullies wont thats for sure... Xel sat back down on his chair and leaned on his chair again.

Feeling her cell vibrate she opened it and read the message before closing it and turning her attention back to class. Once the bell rang she slowly gathered her things waiting for Esme to approach. "Yes," she answered both questions with one word. Since she'd come to live with her and her family she'd become more inclined to speak more but when she was bothered by something or if something was on her mind she reverted back to simple answers. At the moment her thoughts were once again debating the pros and cons of telling Esme her secret of being a hacker and playing Trivula Fantasy.

There, she did it again. Kristy knew that it was uintentional and that she had no way of knowing it but when she said things like that it made her feel guity. It was like she was worse than her parents, not only did she stay overnight at work but she was also decieving her best and only friend. She remembered when she used to look forward and cherished the times when her parents were home too, but as time went on and it became more and more rare and she was faced with broken promises and disappointment from them she gave up on them. If there was anything in the world that she didn't want it was for Esme to be disappointed in her and to feel betrayed by her. Taking her things in hand quickly she made a split second decision as she rushed to catch up and grabbed a hold of Esme's hand to stop her, at that moment the realization of what she was about to do crashed down on her making her more nervous than usual. Mentally shaking her head of her doubt she decided to stand firm by her decision as she started to force the words out. "I'm sorry about leaving you alone at the house, I know how much you hate it, I promise to talk to my boss about putting more trainers on the last shift so it doesn't happen again," Kisty promised, chickening out at the last second and when she noticed what she did she began to mentally scold herself.

She didn't seem to think that anything was off about her and for that she was greatful. "How about at the usual spot underneath the sakura tree closest to the main gate?" Kristy suggested with a tired grin, having not had enough sleep the night before as she let go ready to go to her next class.

Kisty smiled at the easy agreement from her friend and as soon as she left her she too left for her own class on the the advanced floor. As soon as school let out she gathered her things and made her way to the sakura tree eager to go home. "Esme-chan, how was your day?" she questioned as soon as she was next to her friend.

"Good luck with that," she sighed sympatheticly as they started on their way home. At the mention of the game her smile froze on her face anticipating the question that always followed such a statement. Kristy thought about telling her about the fact that she was already playing the game once more but then mentally shook her head knowing that she'd given more than enough hints on the game that she was a hacker. So in all if she told about one thing she would also have to tell about the other and she didn't want Esme to get in trouble as well if she were ever caught. "Well you have fun with that, I think I'll make some onigiri for dinner later then call my brother to see if he's going to be staying over at a friend's house again tonight," she informed her.
