Personality

Reason for coming to Valley Reform: Ava wanted a change from her usual work as a therapist and so she applied for a job here. She's been working here for two years.
Grade/Career: School therapist
Personality: She comes across as rather uptight and cold usually but she's actually pretty nice and reasonable. She believes that everyone can change and refuses to accept the idea that any student is "a lost cause". She gives the students everything that she can and will help them as much as possible. One thing she refuses to do is lie and she always calls people on their shit. If she thinks a student is lying or they're being a certain way that isn't healthy for them, she calls them on it. She's very honest and will always do her best to answer questions as truthfully as possible. She's extremely independent and even though she's always there for everyone else, she doesn't let anyone be there for her.
Brief history: Ava's been divorced twice. She got married when she was 19, very young and divorced him after two years. When she was 29, she remarried and is just now finalizing her divorce. She comes from a broken home, has been abused in every possible way which has helped give her perceptive and understanding. She worked hard to get away from abusive and controlling men and is now feeling like her life is finally coming together.
