Appearance: Jane is tall and slender she stands at five feet eight inches tall and has long, straight dark brown hair, she has pale skin, and rosy cheeks. She wears simple clothing, often just comfortable black jeans or shorts along with a plain short sleeved Tee-shirt or sweater.
Personality: Jane is composed and mature, though she does enjoy playing games and having fun with her son. She is verylid back and level headed, very much a stereo-typical mother in the way that she is sweet and caring. She is soft spoken, but speaks her mind when needed. Being a mother seems to suit her as she is very fond of children, her son is her entire world, even if he is a handful at times.
History: Jane grew up living not too far from Veritas Ise, though she visited the Island a lot because thats where her cousin Ofelia lived and her father and Janes father were extremely close. Jane would spend summers ever year at the Taryn dragon ranch and she loved it. She has a strong bond with Ofelia and it is as though they were sisters even. But as Jane got older she didnt get to see Ofelia as much, especially after her father arranged a marriage for her and she became a housewife. Jane was no longer able to spend the summers with Ofelia anymore. After Ofelia's father dies Jane started making trips to the Isle every once in a while to check up on Ofelia because Ofelia was never really one to have lots of friends, and had no other family on Veritas Isle. She would visit maybe two or three times a year if she was able, but didnt spend summers. They also kept in touch through letters.
Janes husband died in an awful fishing accident, he was a fisherman and he and his crew had gone out to check their nets when an awful storm hit. Their boat tipped and no one from the crew was ever found again and presumed dead. A few weeks later she found out she was expecting a child and was to become a mother. It was a pretty easy pregnancy and Jane was overjoyed with it. Nine months later she gave birth to a son who she named Sirus, who is now nearly two years old.
Jane and Ofelia had been writing to each other about everything and when Ofelia wrote to Jane saying that she had met a man who she had been speaking to nearly every day, she decided it was time to plan a surprise trip to the Ranch for the summer, to check on Ofelia and make sure this man was indeed treating her well enough. And of course introduce Ofelia to Sirus, who she hadnt had a chance to meet yet.
