Magic User (Element): A Magi of the Shadow of Lyssa
Description of Character:
As the darkness of shadow began to twist her emotions, so also did it twist her appearance. Once had Lavin wore long blonde hair that fell like silk over lush, healthy skin. But with her darkening personality, so changed her features. Her hair is long and wild, and pallid...her skin pale blusish-gray and darkness creates hollows around her eyes. Her eyes...though so much has changed about her they stayed the same...and the clear blueness of them serves as the only reminder that she onced lived in sinless purity.
Personality: Lavin is bitter and cunning. Her ways are of lies and deceit. Though she can make chills crawl down the spines of fine warriors, she has the same capability to wear a face of loyalty and trustworthieness. Though such a face may not be as convincing to strangers it is the one well known by her companions, though even they are unsure of how deep her loyalty runs.
History: Fate had pulled Lavin to darkness, even before she was old enough to know good from evil. It was a lifetime ago that she and her mentor had lived among the other elves. It was a time of so called equality. She lived among a family line of well respected Elves, known especially for their uprightness and high morals. Nothing wicked had ever occurred among them. Until that night...the night she left. Maldar, her mentor, had begun to show her the ways of black magic and the power of shadow. Hate had twisted her...jealousy...and pride...it caused her to hate the others, to blame them, and become filled with disgust at their strict standards. She and Maldar became the first of a line of fallen elves, rebels of their society. But Lavin was never satisfied. Maldar had driven her too far...and it soon lead to his death...by the very hand of the one he had raised as his own.
Equipment/Other Objects: Aside from her abilities to wield the shadow power of Lyssa, Lavin equips herself with dual broadswords, kept in a crisscross upon her back. She at times carries a short staff to cast her spells, and of course keeps her spellbook close always. Her mount and longest living companion is a dragon like horse beast, called by the name Korreth.
