Bio: Ciar joined the New Exiled and isn't entirely sure why, but he knows it is for a good cause. His element of Aether allows him to float, phase-shift, sending him out of the current space and into another, and back when he wants it, teleport around places, and a variety of other things.

Appearance: This image except the pants are white too, gold colored irises in his eyes, no tie, and the shirt is completely buttoned up. Personality: He is very straightforward and focused at all times, never wavering from a task he is given. He is often cold at first when you meet him, but he slowly warms up to those he knows for extended periods of time.
