Eyes: Slanted in shape with a tiny black iris. Heavy bags rest beneath his eyes.
Hair: Somewhat long-ish and a deep purple in colour.
Complexion: ‘Pale as a ghost’ as some would say.
Build: Horribly lanky and rather tall, it’s a surprise the wind doesn’t blow him over. Helium doesn’t have much muscle strength, and so regular ATTACK power is very poor; meaning hand-to-hand combat is simply out of the question.
Clothing: (Please refer to the picture.)

Other: Hideously sharp teeth – A taste for bitter Pokeblocks – Hair styled like a Haunter’s body (this amused both him and Allan).
Human Partner: Allan Charter.

Personality

Helium is a horribly protective man, always keeping a sharp eye on his young Trainer and never letting him stray too far. Even as a regular Pokemon he always watched warily from the shadows, ready to react in case any danger was spotted. Nowadays, in this time of impending peril, he is quite literally glued to his side, getting fiercely alert whenever another Pokemon tries to interact with him. ‘You can never be too careful’, as he would say before shrugging and changing the conversation. In fact, it was this somewhat possessive nature that really kept Helium on the side of his Master when the War began.

Helium is still a little bitter about Allan’s reaction when the team turned on them. The young boy spent more time mourning over the loss of his beloved Wartortle "Ding" to really acknowledge he actually had a partner with him. Either way, they get along quite well nowadays, even if Helium irks Allan to no end with his protective nature. They're rather like a pair of bickering brothers.

In a nutshell: A slightly jealous man - Over-protective of Allan, and is quite annoying from doing so - Dislikes other Pokemon interacting with his Trainer - Disappointed that Allan was more upset about losing "Ding" then retaining him.
